fa بررسی نقش سلول های ماکروفاژ در التهابات کانال دندانی اورال پاتولوژی oral patho مطالعه اصیل original article <p dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> پالپیت یک بیماری التهابی دندانی است که با تجمع مدیاتورهای التهابی مانند سیتوکائین ها کموکائین ها شناخته می شود که بیشتر بدلیل عفونتهای باکتریایی استرپتوکوک می&shy;باشد. هدف از این مطالعه&nbsp; تعیین میزان بیان&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">IL36&gamma;</span> بر روی سلول های ماکروفاژی استخراج شده از بافت ملتهب پالپ دندان و بررسی&nbsp; عوامل &nbsp;افزایش دهنده التهاب پالپ دندان بوسیله&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">IL36&gamma;</span> میباشد. <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> در این مطالعه مورد- شاهدی از 25بیمار نمونه های بافت پالپ&nbsp; سالم از دندان عقل کشیده شده ونمونه های بافت ملتهب از دندان های دارای پالپیت برگشت ناپذیر حین پالپکتومی بدست آمد. سلولهای ماکروفاژ بعد از استخراج بوسیله پروتئین<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های <span dir="LTR">TLR4</span> بصورت تایمر تحریک شده و با تریزول <span dir="LTR">mRNA</span> سلولی استخراج شدند و سپس با استفاده از دستگاه <span dir="LTR">Real Time PCR</span> میزان <span dir="LTR">IL36&gamma;</span>&nbsp; در سلولهای ماکروفاژ تحریک شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.&nbsp; بررسی آماری با استفاده از آزمون <span dir="LTR">one way ANOV</span> و آزمون تعقیبی <span dir="LTR">TUKEY</span> انجام شد.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که میزان سایتوکایین در بافت ملتهب بیشتر از بافت سالم پالپ بوده (09/43 و21/18 <span dir="LTR">pg/ml</span>)&nbsp; همچنین نتایج استخراج <span dir="LTR">mRNA</span> سلولهای کشت شده بعد از تحریک با <span dir="LTR">TLR4</span> نشان داد که&nbsp; بعد از 12 ساعت تحریک با <span dir="LTR">TLR4</span> میزان بیان <span dir="LTR">IL36 &gamma;</span> افزایش چشمگیری نسبت به سایر ساعات داشت. (001/0><span dir="LTR">P</span>)</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>به نظر می رسد در موارد التهاب پالپ دندان&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">IL36&gamma;</span> از سلول های ماکروفاژی تحریک&nbsp; شده&nbsp; تولید می شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: left;"><span dir="LTR">Background and Aim: Pulpitis is a dental pulp inflammation which recognize by inflammatory cytokines can cause with streptococcus.
