fa مقایسه Demineralized Bone Matrix و Absorbable Gelatin Sponge بر حفظ ارتفاع استخوان ساکت دندانی جراحی- oral surgery مطالعه اصیل original article <p dir="RTL"><strong>خلاصه</strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> کاهش ابعاد ریج آلوئول پس از خارج کردن دندان را می توان با روش حفظ ساکت از طریق استفاده از مواد پیوندی به حداقل رساند. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه تاثیر دو ماده&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">Demineralized Bone Matrix</span> و<span dir="LTR">Absorbable</span> <span dir="LTR">Gelatin Sponge</span>&nbsp; بر حفظ ارتفاع استخوان ساکت دندانی پس از خارج کردن دندان می باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها:</strong> این مطالعه با طراحی کارآزمایی بالینی متقاطع دو سوکور بر روی 20 نمونه (10 بیمار) انجام شد. کلیه بیمارانی که اندیکاسیون خارج کردن مشابه در یک فک را داشتند و موافقت کتبی و آگاهانه خود را برای تحقیق اعلام نمودند مورد مطامعه قرارگرفتند. ابتدا پس از خارج کردن دندان های مشابه در یک فک، به طور تصادفی در یک ساکت دندانی ماده <span dir="LTR">Demineralized</span> <span dir="LTR">Bone Matrix</span> و در ساکت دیگر ماده <span dir="LTR">Absorbable Gelatin Sponge</span> قرار داده شد. سپس میزان ارتفاع ریج آلوئولار با رادیوگرافی پری اپیکال موازی و ساخت استنت، به منظور ثبت شرایط تصویربرداری و تکرارپذیری آن، تعیین گردید. پس از 4ماه به کمک استنت تهیه شده، مجددا رادیوگرافی پری اپیکال موازی با همان روش قبل تهیه و میزان ارتفاع استخوان ریج آلوئول اندازه گیری گردید. سپس میزان تغییرات داخل گروهی هر ماده با آزمون <span dir="LTR">paired t-test</span>&nbsp; و تغییرات بین گروهی مواد با آزمون <span dir="LTR">t-test</span> مورد قضاوت آماری قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: در هر دو گروه کاهش در ارتفاع ریج آلوئول مشاهده گردید؛ به نحوی که میزان آن در گروه <span dir="LTR">Absorbable Gelatin</span> <span dir="LTR">Sponge</span>&nbsp; برابر با (07/2 &plusmn; 03/3) میلیمتر و در گروه <span dir="LTR">Demineralized Bone Matrix</span> برابر با (47/0 &plusmn; 76/0) میلیمتر و اختلاف بین آن ها از نظر آماری معنی دار بود. (01/0 > <span dir="LTR">P</span>)</p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> میزان تغییرات ارتفاع در گروه </span>Absorbable Gelatin Sponge<span dir="RTL">&nbsp; بیش از 3 برابر گروه </span>Demineralized Bone Matrix<span dir="RTL"> بود که نشانه عملکرد بهتر </span>Demineralized Bone Matrix<span dir="RTL"> نسبت به </span>Absorbable Gelatin Sponge<span dir="RTL">&nbsp; در حفظ ارتفاع استخوان ریج آلوئول پس از خارج کردن دندان می باشد.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: 150%"><b><span new="" style="color: black line-height: 150% font-family:" times="">Abstract:</span></b></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: 150%"><b><span new="" style="color: black line-height: 150% font-family:" times="">Back<span dir="RTL"> </span>ground and Aim: </span></b><span new="" style="color: black line-height: 150% font-family:" times="">Alveolar ridge resorption following tooth extraction could be minimized via socket preservation techniques by using grafting materials. The aim of this study was to compare the effect of Demineralized Bone Matrix and Absorbable Gelatin Sponge on preservation of the extraction socket bone level.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: 150%"><b><span new="" style="color: black line-height: 150% font-family:" times="">Material & Methods: </span></b><span new="" style="color: black line-height: 150% font-family:" times="">This double blind clinical trial study was accomplished on 20 cases (10 patients). The patients with the indication of two similar teeth extraction in a jaw who declared their written and conscious agreement for the research were included in this study. First, after similar teeth extraction in a jaw, Demineralized Bone Matrix material was embedded randomly into one extraction socket and Absorbable Gelatin Sponge on the other one. Then, the height of alveolar socket was measured by means of taking parallel periapical radiography and making a guiding stent. Four mounts later, another parallel periapical radiography was taken in the same manner as the previous one by using the fabricated guiding stent as guidance. Then the height of alveolar socket was measured. Differences inside and between the groups were analyzed statistically by using the &ldquo;paired t-test&rdquo; and &ldquo;t-test&rdquo; analyses respectively. </span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: 150%"><b><span new="" style="color: black line-height: 150% font-family:" times="">Results: </span></b><span new="" style="color: black line-height: 150% font-family:" times="">In both groups, reduction on the amount of alveolar ridge height observed.
