fa مقایسه تاثیر MTAD ، کلر هگزیدین و هیپوکلریت سدیم بر میکروارگانیسم های هوازی کانال ریشه دندان های نکروزه (invivo) Comparing the Antimicrobial Efficacy of MTAD, Chlorhexidine and Sodium Hypochlorite on Aerobic Microorganisms in Necrotic Root Canals: an Invivo Study جراحی- oral surgery مطالعه اصیل original article   <h4 align="right" dir="rtl" style="margin: 6pt 0cm 3pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0%">خلاصه: </h4>   سابقه و هدف: در مطالعه حاضر خاصیت آنتی باکتریال MTAD ، کلر هگزیدین و هیپوکلریت سدیم بر میکروارگانیسم های هوازی کانال ریشه نکروتیک مقایسه گردید.   مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه  in vivoاز 17 دندان تک کاناله نکروزه با پریودنتیت مزمن اپیکالی استفاده گردید. پس از بی حسی و ایجادحفره دسترسی، نمونهگیری از کانالها توسط کن های کاغذی استریل انجام شد سپس نمونه ها فورأ به محلول BHI منتقل شده و به مدت 24 ساعت درانکوباتور با حرارت 37درجه سانتیگراد انکوبه گردیدند. برای هر نمونه، 4 پلیت هوازی آماده شدوتعدادکلنی ها شمارش گردید. از هر سری از پلیت ها یکی به عنوان کنترل مثبت که حاوی هیچ گونه ماده ی آنتی باکتریال نبود و پلیت های دیگر به ترتیب حاوی صد میکرو لیتر MTAD، کلر هگزیدین ./2درصد و هیپوکلریت سدیم5/25 درصد بود که به محیط اضافه شدند. پس از سه روز انکوباسیون تعداد کلنیهای باقیمانده بر سطح پلیت شمارش شده و بصورت CFU/ml ثبت گردید. برای ارزیابی تفاوت بین فعالیت های آنتی میکروبیال شستشو دهنده های مختلف از آنالیز آماری  Kruskal-Wallis استفاده شد.   یافته‌ها: میانگین درصد مهار رشد باکتریها در حضور MTAD، کلر هگزیدین و هیپوکلریت سدیم به ترتیب 29/42 % ،82/64 % و 39/40 % بود(0/0001> P).   نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می رسد فعالیت آنتی میکروبیال کلرهگزیدین ازMTAD وهیپوکلریت سدیم بر میکروارگانیسمهای هوازی داخل کانال نکروزه بالاتر است.     Abstract:       Background and Aim: The current study evaluated the antimicrobial effects of MTAD, chlorhexidine and sodium hypochlorite on aerobic microorganisms in necrotic root canals.   Materials and Methods: For this in vivo study, 17 necrotic single-rooted teeth with chronic apical periodontitis were used. After anesthesia and access cavity preparation, bacterial samples were taken from each canal using sterile paper points which were immediately transferred into BHI broth and were incubated at 37°C for 24 hours. For each sample, 4 aerobic plates were prepared and colonies were counted. Out of each series of plates, one without any antimicrobial agents was considered as positive control and the three others contained 100µl of MTAD, chlorhexidine0.2% and sodium hypochlorite 5.25%, respectively. After 3 days of incubation, the colonies remaining on the surface of the plates were counted and recorded as CFU/ml.
