fa بررسی تاثیر طب سوزنی برکاهش رفلکس تهوع حین قالبگیری آلژینات فک بالا Efficacy of Acupuncture in reduction of the Gag Reflex in Patients Requiring Upper Alginate Impression جراحی- oral surgery مطالعه اصیل original article   <h5 dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl"><span b="" dir="rtl" face="Times New Roman" font="" lang="AR-SA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" p="" roman="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: " times="">سابقه و هدف: <span adobe="" b="" dir="ltr" fa="" font="" garamond="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" pro="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: ">های مرسوم کنترل تهوع استفاده از درمان های جایگزین منطقی به نظر می رسد. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیرطب سوزنی بر روی افرادی که حین قالبگیری آلژینات فک بالا دارای حالت تهوع بودند در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. </h5>  <span adobe="" b="" dir="ltr" fa="" face="Times New Roman" font="" garamond="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" pro="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: "> انجام گرفت و جامعه مورد بررسی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی بودند که در هنگام قالبگیری آلژینات فک بالا رفلکس تهوع داشتند. میزان رفلکس به وسیله استانداردGSI<span adobe="" b="" dir="ltr" fa="" face="Times New Roman" font="" garamond="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" pro="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: "> پنجگانه به صورت Objective<span adobe="" b="" dir="ltr" fa="" face="Times New Roman" font="" garamond="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" pro="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: "> دهگانه به صورت Subjective<span adobe="" b="" dir="ltr" fa="" font="" garamond="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" pro="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: ">این بیماران وارد هر سه گروه شاهد،گروه تجربی یک و گروه تجربی دو شدند و تغییرات رتبه رفلکس در سه گروه با آزمون کروسکال والیس مورد قضاوت آماری قرار گرفت.   تحقیق روی تعداد 20 نفر و با توجه به نوع مطالعه و گروه ها 60 نمونه انجام گرفت. رفلکس اولیه آن ها حین قالبگیری بر اساس مشاهده 22/.± برابر با <span b="" face="Times New Roman" font="" lang="AR-SA" major-bidi="" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-ascii-theme-font:="" mso-bidi-theme-font:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" mso-hansi-theme-font:="" new="" roman="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: " times=""> که حدود 59 درصد کاهش داشت (0/0001>p)<span 1="" 70="" b="" dir="ltr" face="Times New Roman" font="" lang="AR-SA" minor-latin="" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-ascii-theme-font:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" mso-hansi-theme-font:="" new="" roman="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: " times="">)میزان رفلکس بر اساس مقیاس VAS<span 49="" b="" dir="ltr" face="Times New Roman" font="" lang="AR-SA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" roman="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: " times="">درصد و در گروه مورد 100 درصد کاهش یافت. <span b="" dir="rtl" face="Times New Roman" font="" lang="AR-SA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" p="" roman="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: " times="">نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد که طب سوزنی موجب کاهش رفلکس تهوع حین قالبگیری آلژینات فک بالا می شود.     Abstract:       Background and Aim: The gag reflex is prevalent during dental impression taking. Conventional methods are available for controlling the gag reflex however, they are not without side effects. Alternative treatments have been proposed for this purpose. The current study assessed the effects of acupuncture on patients who had nausea during the upper alginate impression taking.   Materials and Methods: The study populations in this crossover clinical trial included (20) female dental students experiencing gagging during the upper alginate impression taking. Gagging Severity Index (GSI) and the Gagging Prevention Index (GPI)1-5 were used objectively by the operator and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) (0-10) was used subjectively by the patient to assess and record the Gagging Reflex (GR). The patients were allocated to groups of control, empirical 1 and empirical 2. Kruskal-Wallis test was used to analyze the changes of reflex ranking.       Results: A total of 60 samples (20 individuals) were assessed in this study. Their initial reflex during impression taking was observed to be 3.3±0.22, 1.35±0.53 in Sham group, indicating about 59% decrease (P<0.0001). In empirical group 2 it was equal to 1 showing 70% decrease (P<0.0001).
