fa بررسی همبستگی بین عرض صورت و عرض مزیودیستال تاج کلینیکی دندان های سانترال فک بالا The analysis of correlation between facial width and mesiodistal width of maxillary anterior teeth جراحی- oral surgery مطالعه اصیل original article <h5 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: 115% unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0%" dir="rtl">خلاصه: </h5> سابقه و هدف: دستیابی به زیبایی یکی از اهداف درمان های پروتز می باشد.انتخاب صحیح دندان های قدامی از نظر اندازه و شکل ظاهری در موفقیت درمان بسیار موثر است. یکی از راه های تعیین اندازه دندان استفاده ازشاخص های خارج دهانی است.دراین تحقیق به بررسی همبستگی بین عرض صورت (در ناحیه بین گونه ای و بین کندیلی)وعرض مزیودیستال تاج کلینیکی دندان های سانترال فک بالا پرداختیم. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی 100 نفر از دانشجویان (50 دختر و50 پسر) واجد شرایط انتخاب شدند. عرض صورت در دو ناحیه عرض بین کندیلی )فاصله بین دو محور لولایی تقریبیBeyron) و عرض بین گونهای ( فاصله بین دو برجسته ترین نقطه روی قوس گونهای) علامت گذاری، فاصله توسط فیس بو و کولیس دیجیتالی اندازه گیری شد. عرض مزیودیستال تاج کلینیکی دندان های سانترال بالا توسط کولیس دیجیتالی اندازه گیری شد. داده ها از طریق فرمول ضریب همبستگی پیرسون آنالیز و بررسی شد. یافتهها: اندازه عرض مزیودیستال دندان سانترال راست 56/0±47/8 ، اندازه عرض مزیودیستال دندان سانترال چپ 64/0±54/8. اندازه عرض بین گونه ای 74/6±15/126 و اندازه عرض بین کندیلی 41/5±43/131 بدست آمد. همبستگی بین عرض بین گونه ای و دندان های سانترال درجامعه ایرانی وجود نداشت. (05/0<P) و همبستگی اندکی میان عرض بین کندیلی و دندان های سانترال مشاهده گردید. نتیجه گیری: عرض صورت به عنوان یک لندمارک مناسب برای تخمین عرض دندان های سانترال فک بالا توصیه نمی گردد. Abstract: Background and Aim: Esthetics is one of the prosthetic treatment goals. Correct selection of anterior teeth, regarding size and appearance, results in a successful treatment. Using the extra oral indicators is a common method to determine the size of the tooth. In this study, the correlation between the facial widths (in bizygomatic and intercondylar areas) and the mesiodistal width of maxillary central incisors was analyzed. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 100 qualified students, 50 females and 50 males. Two facial widths comprising Intercondylar width -distance between two approximately Beyron hinge axis- and bizygomatic width -two most convex points of zygomatic arch- were marked and measured by a facebow and a digital caliper. Mesiodistal maxillary central incisors’ widths were measured by a digital caliper. The collected data were analyzed via Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The mesiodistal width of right central incisor was 8.47±0.56. The mesiodistal width of left central incisor was 8.54±0.64.The bizygomatic width was 126.15±6.74. The intercondylar width was 131.43±5.41. There was no correlation between bizygomatic width and central incisors (P>0.05) and a weak correlation between intercondylar width and central incisors in Iranian community.
