fa مقایسه دقت دستگاه های رادیوگرافی پانورامیک دیجیتال و CBCT در برآورد فاصله Cortex کف سینوس ماگزیلا تا کرست آلوئول Efficacy of digital panoramic radiography devices and CBCT in measuring the minimum distance between the floor of maxillary sinus and the alveolar crest (A comparison) مواد دندانی Dental materiall مطالعه اصیل original article <h5 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: 115% unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl" dir="rtl">خلاصه: </h5> <h5 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl" dir="rtl">سابقه و هدف: در اعمال جراحی تعیین دقیق موقعیت سینوس ماگزیلا برای اجتناب از آسیب وارده به آن از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر،ارزیابی و مقایسه دقت دستگاه های رادیوگرافی پانورامیک دیجیتال وCBCT در تعیین حداقل فاصله کف سینوس ماگزیلا تا کرست آلوئول می باشد.</h5> <h5 style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl" dir="rtl">مواد و روش‌ها: تحقیق به روش توصیفی انجام گرفت. بر روی 2 جمجمه خشک انسان انجام گرفت. در هر یک از جمجمهها تعداد 13 ناحیه به فاصله 5 میلیمتری از همدیگر(مجموعا 26 ناحیه) از ناحیه دندان های 4 تا 7 توسط گوتاپرکا علامت گذاری شد. رادیوگرافی پانورامیک دیجیتال و تصویربرداری CBCT تهیه شد. سپس نمونه‌ها در نواحی علامت‌گذاری شده برش زده شد و به صورت مستقیم توسط کالیپر دیجیتال با دقت دهم میلی‌متر اندازه‌گیری شدند. پس از تنظیم رادیوگرافیها با فاکتور بزرگنمایی مقادیر با آزمون Signed Ranks Test و Wilcoxon مقایسه شدند.</h5> <h5 align="right" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl" dir="rtl">یافته‌ها: میزان قدر مطلق خطا در تعیین حداقل فاصله کورتکس کف سینوس ماگزیلا تا کرست آلوئول برای CBCT 06/0±08/0 و برای پانورامیک دیجیتال34/0±36/0 میلی متر بدست آمد و تفاوت معنی داری بین آنها دیده شد. (001/0=P ) 100 درصد نمونه ها در تصویربرداری CBCTو 3/65 درصد نمونه ها در رادیو گرافی پانورامیک دیجیتال درمحدوده قابل قبول 05/0± میلی متر قرار گرفتند. </h5> <h5 align="right" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl" dir="rtl">نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد روش CBCT در ارزیابی حداقل فاصله کف سینوس ماگزیلا تا کرست آلوئول نسبت به رادیوگرافی پانورامیک دیجیتال دقت بالاتری دارد.</h5> Abstract: Background and Aim: An accurate localization of the lowest border of the cortex of maxillary sinus floor is important to avoid injury in certain surgical procedures. The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the accuracy of linear measurements between digital panoramic radiography and cone beam computerized tomography (CBCT) in determining the vertical distance between the alveolar crest and floor of the maxillary sinus. Material and Methods: In this descriptive study 2 cadaver’s skull were used. Thirteen areas separated by 5mm distance were selected on each skull. A total 26 reference points were marked by gutta percha cones between maxillary first premolar and second molar. Digital panoramic radiography and CBCT were obtained, after which, direct measurements were taken on sectioned skulls using a digital caliper(0.1mm accuracy). After of adjusting the radiographic values with the magnification factors given for each unit,statistical analysis was done using the Wilcoxon and signed ranks test. Results: The mean error for linear measurements was 0.36 + 0.34 mm in digital panoramic radiography and 0.08 ±0.06mm in CBCT (P= 0.001).
