fa مقایسه تاثیر دو نوع پست غیر فلزی Single taper و Double taperبر مقاومت به شکست Comparison of the fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth restored with two different types of quartz fiber posts (in vitro) جراحی- oral surgery مطالعه اصیل original article <h5 align="right" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify LINE-HEIGHT: 115% TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">خلاصه: </h5><h5 align="right" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">سابقه و هدف: امروزه درباره مقاومت به شکست دندانهایی که درمان ریشه شده و با طرح های مختلف پست های زیبایی درمان می شوند، اطلاعات کمی در دسترس است. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه مقاومت به شکست و نوع شکست دندانهای درمان ریشه شده بود که با دو طرح متفاوت پست های کوارتز فایبر بازسازی شده اند.</h5><h5 align="right" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه تجربی آزمایشگاهی 20 عدد دندان پرمولر سالم فک پایین که اندازه های تقریباً یکسانی داشتند انتخاب شده و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند (هر گروه 10 عدد). بعد ازبریدن تاج ها و انجام درمان ریشه دندان ها به ترتیب با پست های quartz fiber single taper light-post در گروه A و quartz fiber D.T light-postدر گروه B بازسازی شدند. همه پست ها با سمان dual cure سمان شدند. کورهای کامپوزیتی توسط ماتریکس های پلی استری از پیش ساخته شده فرم داده شدند. همه نمونه ها درون قالب های آکریلیک مانت شدند به طوری که یک لایه نازک ماده الاستیکی پلی اتری ایمپرگام (Impergum) دور ریشه ها نقش لیگامان پریودنتال را بازی کند. نیروی فشاری با سرعت 1 میلی متر در دقیقه و با زاویه 135 درجه نسبت به محور طولی دندان اعمال شد تا شکستگی رخ داد. ازآزمونT-test برای تحلیل آماری بار(load) شکست بین گروه ها استفاده گردید.</h5><h5 align="right" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">یافته‌ها: هیچ تفاوت معنی داری بین 2 گروه از لحاظ مقاومت به شکست مشاهده نشد. میزان نیروی منجر به شکست ریشه در گروه A و B به ترتیب 7/102 ± 7/366 نیوتن و 3/67 ±4/382 نیوتن بود.(6/0>p) </h5>نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های این تحقیق، دو طرح متفاوت پست های تیپر کوارتز فایبر در مقایسه با هم مقاومت به شکست دندانهای درمان ریشه شده را تحت تاثیر قرار ندادند. Abstract: Background and Aim : Very little is known about the fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth restored with different design of esthetic post systems. The aim of this study was to compare the fracture resistance and failure mode of endodontically treated teeth restored with two different types of quartz fiber post. Materials and Methods : In this experimental, in-vitro study, twenty mandibular premolars with similar size were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups (n=10). After cutting the crowns and endodontic therapy, the teeth were restored with a quartz fiber single taper light-posts in group A and quartz fiber D.T light-post in group B. All posts were cemented with a dual cure cement .Composite resin cores were built up using a pre-formed polyester matrix and every specimen was embedded in an acrylic resin block with a layer of elastic polyether Impergum surrounding the roots as PDL. Compressive load was applied at 135 degree angle to the long axis of the tooth at a crosshead speed of 1mm/min until fracture occurred. T-test was used to determine the significance of the failure load values between the two groups. Results : : There was no significant statistical difference in fracture resistance among two groups. The fracture load in groups A and B were 366.7±102.7(N) and 382.4 ±67.3(N) respectively.
