fa بررسی مهارتهای اخلاقی دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 Investigation the level of Moral Skills Among Dental Students in Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences In 2023 آموزش دندانپزشکی Dental EDu مطالعه اصیل original article سابقه و هدف: پایبندی دندانپزشکان به اصول اخلاق حرفه ای و تصمیم گیری براساس این چارچوب ضامن حفظ سلامت بیماران است. هدف این تحقیق بررسی وضعیت مهارت های اخلاقی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دوره بالینی دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران  در سال1402 بود. مواد  و روشها: دراین مطالعه توصیفی شاخص های اخلاق حرفه ای براساس نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه «Moral Skills Inventory» که توسط افشار و همکاران روایی و پایایی آن اثبات شده بود در 283 نفر از دانشجویان مقطع عمومی (ترم 6 تا 12) دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.  داده ها توسط پرسشنامه 40 سوالی و خود اظهاری دانشجویان جمع آوری شده و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف و multiple linear regression انجام شد.  یافته‌ها: از 283 دانشجوی مورد بررسی 52/7 درصد مذکرو 47/3 درصد مونث بودند میانگین سنی دانشجویان 3/27 ± 25/44 سال و میانگین معدل ایشان 1/26 ± 15/91 بود.  نمره کلی مهارتهای اخلاقی 6/65±38/10 بود و بیشترین مهارت اخلاقی کسب شده به ترتیب شامل حساسیت ،یکپارچگی،شجاعت و استدلال اخلاقی بود.نتایج نشان دادکه درجنس مونث یکپارچگی اخلاقی بطور معنی داری بالاتراز جنس مذکر(0/013=P) و در جنس مذکراستدلال اخلاقی نمره بالاتری نسبت به جنس مونث دارد (0/048=P). همچنین ارتباط مثبت و معناداری بین معدل تحصیلی و حساسیت اخلاقی دیده شد.(0/007=P) نتیجه‌گیری: مهارت های اخلاق حرفه ای در دانشجویان پایین تر از حدمیانگین بود.بازنگری کوریکولوم دندانپزشکی در حوزه اخلاق،آموزش طولی اخلاق حرفه ای و استفاده از آموزشهای گروهی بر پایه سناریوهای بالینی می تواند در ارتقای مهارتهای اخلاقی دانشجویان موثر باشد.   Abstract Background&Aim: Adherence of dentists to the principles of professional ethics and decision-making based on this framework guarantees the health of patients. The purpose of this research was to investigate the moral skills of dental students in the clinical course in 1402. <pre> Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study of professional ethics indicators based on the Persian version of the "Moral Skills Inventory" questionnaire, whose validity and reliability were proven by Afshar et al., in 283 general students (semesters 6 to 12) of the Faculty of Dentistry, Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences, Tehran. was evaluated.  The data was collected by a 40-question questionnaire and self-reported by the students, and the data analysis was done using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and multiple linear regression.</pre> Results:Of the 283 students examined, 52.7% were male and 47.3% were female. The average age of the students was 25.44 ± 3.27 years and their average GPA was 15.91 ± 1.26.  The overall score of moral skills was 38.10±6.65, and the highest moral skills obtained included sensitivity, integrity, courage, and moral reasoning, respectively. The results showed that moral integrity was significantly higher in females than in males (P=0.013). ) and in males, moral reasoning has a higher score than females (P=0.048). Also, a positive and significant relationship was seen between academic grade and moral sensitivity (P=0.007). <pre> Conclusion: The students' professional moral skills were below the average level.
