fa بررسی تاثیر سه نوشیدنی گازدار بر خشونت سطحی مینای دندان و کامپوزیت میکروهیبرید Investigating the effect of three carbonated drinks on tooth enamel roughness and microhybrid composite ترمیمی restorative dentistry مطالعه اصیل original article <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">سابقه و هدف: نوشیدنی های اسیدی باعث سایش غیرمیکروبی دندان ها می شود و اروژن ناشی از آنها منجر به تغییرات غیر قابل برگشت در مینا و افزایش استعداد دندان به پوسیدگی و همچنین افزایش گیر پلاک و کاهش زیبایی در کامپوزیت می شود.بنابراین جهت مقایسه اثر چند نوشیدنی رایج بر خشونت سطحی مینای دندان و نوعی کامپوزیت این تحقیق صورت گرفت. </h3> <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">مواد و روش ها: این تحقیق به روش تجربی و آزمایشگاهی انجام گرفت. درکل 72نمونه شامل36 نمونه گروه دندانی (گروه 1)و36نمونه کامپوزیتی (گروه 2)تقسیم شدند.18 دندان پره مولر واجد شرایط (بدون جرم و ترک و پوسیدگی) و پس از شستن با آب مقطر و زدودن آلودگی آنها با محلول کلرآمین 5/0% در دمای اتاق نگهداری شدند.سپس ریشه دندان ها از ناحیه CEJ قطع شده و از تاج آنها بلوک های مینایی (لیبیال و لینگوال) تهیه شد.پس از مانت کردن بلوک های مینایی و شستن و خشک کردن آنها و 36 دیسک از کامپوزیت میکروهیبرید تهیه شده و پس از کیور و پالیش کردن ، خشونت سطحی اولیه بلوک ها  و کامپوزیتها با پروفایلومتر اندازه گیری شد.سپس نمونه ها بصورت تصادفی به گروه های سه گانه (Hype,Delster,Cocacola) تقسیم بندی شدند.نمونه ها سه بار در روز هربار به مدت 20 دقیقه و در طول 14 روز در گروه نوشیدنی خود قرار گرفته و سپس خشونت سطحی نهایی با همان پروفایلومتر اندازه گیری شد.در نهایت داده ها با آزمون one-way ANOVA و به دنبال آن Tukey’s multiple comparisions و two-way ANOVA و T-test مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.</h3> <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">یافته ها: تمام انواع نوشیدنی های گاز دار این تحقیق موجب افزایش خشونت سطحی دندان و کامپوزیت می شوند در بررسی مقایسه بین تاثیر سه نوشیدنی ذکر شده بر خشونت سطحی مینای دندان اختلاف معنا داری وجود دارد.میزان تغییرات خشونت سطحی در نوشیدنی Hype نسبت به دو نوشیدنی دیگر بیشتر بوده و این اختلاف از لحاظ آماری معنادار بود.(0/05>P) در گروه Delster از گروه Cocacola بیشتر بوده ولی این اختلاف به لحاظ آماری معنا دار نبود. (0/05<P) . در گروه های کامپوزیتی نیز نوشیدنی Hype بیشترین میزان تغییرات را در کامپوزیت ها ایجاد کرد که نسبت به گروه Cocacola معنا دار بود (0/05>P)و نسبت به گروه Delster معنادار نبود (0/05<P)  در مقایسه بین گروه های دندانی و گروه های کامپوزیتی ، تغییرات در گروه های دندانی نسبت به کامپوزیتی در تمام انواع نوشیدنی ها بیشتر بوده و در Hype اختلاف معنادار بود (0/05>P)</h3> نتیجه گیری: تمام نوشیدنی ها موجب افزایش خشونت سطحی در دندان ها و کامپوزیت ها شدند و همچنین نوشیدنی های اسیدی تاثیر بیشتری بر دندان در مقایسه با کامپوزیت دارند وافزایش خشونت سطحی با نوشیدنHype بیشتر از Delster و Cocacola ایجاد میگردد. <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"></h3> Background and Aim: Acidic drinks cause non-microbial dental wear, which causes irreversible changes in the enamel and increase the tooth's susceptibility to decay, as well as increasing the adhesion of plaque and reducing the beauty of the composite. Therefore, in order to compare the effect of some common drinks on surface roughness. Tooth enamel and a type of composite were used in this research. Material and Methods: This research was done experimentally and in vitro. A total of 72 samples including 36 dental group samples (group 1) and 36 composite samples (group 2) were divided. 18 qualified premolar teeth (without mass, cracks and decay) and after washing with distilled water and removing contamination with 0.5% chloramine solution at room temperature Then the roots of the teeth were cut from the CEJ region and enamel blocks (labial and lingual) were prepared from their crowns. After mounting the enamel blocks and washing and drying them, and 36 discs were prepared from microhybrid composite and after curing and polishing the initial roughness of the blocks was measured with a profilometer. Then the samples were randomly divided into three groups (Hype, Delster, Cocacola). The samples were placed in their drink group three times a day for 20 minutes and during 14 days, and then the final Roughness with the same Profilometer was measured. Finally, the data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey's multiple comparisons, two-way ANOVA and T-test. Results: All drinks in this research increase the roughness of teeth and composites. In the comparison between the effects of the three mentioned drinks on tooth enamel roughness, there is a significant difference. And it was the highest in “Hype” group (P<0.05)  It is more in Delster group than Cocacola group, but this difference is not statistically significant (p>0.05). In the composite groups, the hype drink caused the most changes in the composites, which was significant compared to the Cocacola group (p<0.05) and not significant compared to the Delster group (p>0.05). In the comparison between dental groups and composite groups, changes in dental groups are more than composite in all types of drinks and there is a significant difference in Hype (p<0.05).
