fa تعیین نگرش دستیاران تخصصی جراحی دهان، فک و صورت دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاداسلامی تهران در مورد کیفیت و بازدهی یادگیری از همتایان در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 The determination of the attitude of oral and maxillofacial surgery residents in the Islamic Azad University of Dentistry Tehran about the quality of efficacy of peer learning in 2022-2023 جراحی- oral surgery مطالعه اصیل original article  سابقه و هدف: آموزش و یادگیری از طریق همتایان  در طول تحصیل می تواند دانشجویان را نسبت به این نوع آموزش و یادگیری ترغیب و سبب ارتقای مهارت‌های عملی و نظری آنان شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نگرش دستیاران تخصصی جراحی دهان، فک و صورت در مورد کیفیت و بازدهی یادگیری از همتایان انجام گرفت. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه ی کیفی بر روی 8 دستیار تخصصی جراحی دهان، فک و صورت سال اول تا پنجم شاغل به تحصیل در دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 انجام شد. پرسشنامه‌ای نیمه ساختاریافته شامل حیطه‌های مهارت عملی، دانش نظری، مهارت ارتباطی، تسلط بر قوانین و مقررات دانشکده و مهارت شغلی توسط محقق طراحی شد. نگرش دستیاران از طریق مصاحبه سنجیده شد و پاسخ‌های آنها به سوالات پرسشنامه گزارش شد. یافته ها: در تمام مباحث آموزش گروه علوم پایه و در جلساتGround Round و در جراحی‌های Minor آموزش از سوی اساتید به دستیاران انجام میشد. در بعضی موارد در صورت تکلیف اساتید به انجام جراحی، فرایند آموزش تحت نظر سال بالایی اتفاق میافتد. دستیاران سال بالاتر معتقد بودند در ابتدای آموزش خود در بیمارستان به دلیل عدم دسترسی به اساتید، آموزش آنها از طریق دستیاران انجام می‌شد. در اکثر موارد آموزش‌ها به صورت مشاهده انجام می‌شد و فرایند Peer teaching اتفاق نمی افتاد. در بحث ادغام Peer learning در کوریکولوم آموزشی نظرات دستیاران این بود که علیرغم مفید بودن این شیوه آموزشی، اجبار به استفاده از آن خصوصاً مقید کردن مباحث خاصی برای آموزش به این شیوه نمی تواند مفید باشد. نتیجه گیری:  نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از لزوم توجه بیش‌تر مؤسسات آموزشی و دانشگاه‌ها به روش‌های آموزشی دانشجو محور مانند آموزش همتا است، چرا که استفاده از این روش‌ها می‌تواند با فراهم کردن تجربه مثبت و یادگیری ماندگار و عمیق، مکمل تدریس استاد باشد.   Background and Aim: Teaching and learning through peers during education can encourage students towards this type of teaching and learning and improve their practical and theoretical skills. The determination of the attitude of oral and maxillofacial surgery residents about the quality of efficacy of peer learning. Materials and Methods: This qualitative study was conducted on 8 oral, maxillofacial surgery residents from the first to the fifth year studying at the Faculty of Dentistry of Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 2022-2023. A semi-structured questionnaire including areas of practical skills, theoretical knowledge, communication skills, mastery of college rules and regulations, and job skills was designed by the researcher. Assistants' attitudes were measured through interviews and their answers to questionnaire questions were reported. Results:. The results showed that in all topics of basic science group education, Ground Round meetings, and in Minor surgery teaching was done by professors to residents. In some cases, if professors are assigned to perform surgery, the training process takes place under the supervision of the senior year. Senior assistants believed that at the beginning of their training in the hospital, due to the lack of access to professors, their training was done through assistants. In most cases, training was done by observation and peer teaching process did not happen. In the discussion of integrating peer learning into the educational curriculum, the residents' opinions were that despite the usefulness of this teaching method, forcing to use it, especially tying certain topics for teaching in this way, cannot be useful.
