fa بررسی میزان آگاهی دستیاران تخصصی رشته‌های مختلف دندانپزشکی درباره کاربردهای CBCT و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشگاه‌های شهر تهران در سال 1399 Survey of knowledge of dental residents in different fields of dentistry about CBCT applications and related factors in Tehran universities in 2020 رادیولوژی Radiology مطالعه اصیل original article <h5 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">خلاصه:</h5>  سابقه و هدف: انجام درمان‌های پپچیده‌ی دندانپزشکی نیاز به دقت زیاد در کار، ابزار و تصویربرداری‌های دقیق دارد. هدف از انجام این تحقیق تعیین آگاهی دستیاران تخصصی رشته‌های مختلف دندانپزشکی درباره ی کاربردهای CBCT و عوامل مرتبط باآن در دانشکده های دندانپزشکی شهر تهران در سال 1399 بود. مواد  و روشها: این مطالعه ی  Cross Sectional توصیفی ، بر روی تعداد 164 دستیار تخصّصی  رشته‌های مختلف دندانپزشکی در دانشگاه‌های شهر تهران در سال 1399 انجام گرفت. پرسشنامه ای  حاوی سوالاتی در خصوص اطلاعات دموگرافیک (سن، جنس، دانشگاه محل تحصیل و...) و 19 سوال مربوط به مزایا، موارد تجویز و عدم تجویز CBCT واصطلاحات معمول مورد استفاده درCBCT  در اختیار شرکت کنندگان (دستیاران) قرار داده شد. میزان آگاهی دستیاران براساس نتایج حاصل از فرم‌های اطلاعاتی وبا استفاده از نظرات خبرگان بارم بندی شده و نمره‌ی نهایی آگاهی هر فرد محاسبه شد.  یافته‌ها: در مطالعه‌ی حاضر ارزیابی میزان آگاهی دستیاران تخصصی از کاربردهای CBCT وهمچنین آگاهی از اصطلاحات متداول در CBCT دردرمان‌های دندانپزشکی با میانگین 27/45 درصد (نامطلوب) از حدّاقل 50/12 تا حداکثر 50/87 در صد برآورد شد.میزان آگاهی دستیاران تخصصی رشته‌های متخلف دندانپزشکی در مورد کاربردهایCBCT  و همچنین اصطلاحات متداول در CBCT با گذراندن دوره‌های آموزشی CBCT  وسن ارتباط معنا داری داشت. به ترتیب (00/0=p) و (04/0=p)  بنابراین دستیارانی که سن بیشتری داشته و دوره‌های آموزشی   CBCTرا گذرانده بودند بیشترین میزان آگاهی را دارا بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه ی فوق نشان داد که بیشتردستیاران شرکت کننده از آگاهی قابل قبولی در خصوص CBCT  برخوردار نیستند. ضروری است که به آموزش‌های مرتبط با CBCT در دوران دستیاری اهمیّت بیشتری داده شود.   Background & Aim: Complicated dental treatments require great accuracy at work and of course accurate tools and imaging. The goal in this study was to determine the knowledge of dental post graduate students about the applications of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in dental treatments and related factors in Tehran dental schools in 2020. Material and Methods: This cross-sectional study, was conducted among 164 dental post graduate students in Tehran universities in 2020. They were provided with a questionnaire containing questions regarding demographic data ( age, gender, university, etc.) and 19 questions about the benefits, prescription and contraindications for CBCT in dental treatments. The data in the information form were assessed and for each dental student’s knowledge level was computed. Results: The average knowledge of dental residents was inadequate: 45/27 % (from 12/50% to 87/50%).There were significant relationship between  common term of CBCT and gender  and knowledge level  (p=0.00 and P=1.04) Therefore, more experienced and trained students had the highest knowledge levels regardless of gender or university.
