fa بررسی اثر ضد میکروبی عوامل حساسیت زدای voco bifluoride 10 و MI paste بر روی باکتری های پریوپاتوژن Evaluation of Antimicrobial Effect of Voco Bifluoride 10 and MI paste Desensitizers on Periopathogenic Bacteria ترمیمی restorative dentistry مطالعه اصیل original article سابقه و هدف: پریودنتیت مزمن توسط کمپلکسی از میکروارگانیسم‌های پریوپاتوژن ایجاد می‌شود که برخی از گونه‌های باکتریایی بیشتر با فاز فعال بیماری مرتبط هستند. هدف از این مطالعه  بررسی تاثیر ماده ضد حساسیتvoco bifluoride 10  وMI paste  بر روی سه نوع از باکتری های پریوپاتوژن بود. مواد و روش ها:  در این مطالعه تجربی آزمایشگاهی، از نمونه های کشت شده سه نوع باکتری A.a (Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans)، Porphyromonas gingivalis)P.g) وP.I (Prevotella intermedia) در محیط آزمایشگاهی استفاده شد. از هریک از ترکیبات voco bifluoride 10و MI paste ،  3دیسک تهیه شد پس از خشک شدن و استریل شدن دیسک ها، عملیات کنترل کیفی دیسک ها انجام گرفت و در محیط های مناسب، کشت داده شده و دردمای 37 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت 48 ساعت قرار گرفتند. با توجه به هاله اطراف هر دیسک و اندازه گیری آن، رشد یا عدم رشد باکتری ها بررسی شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های t-testو two way ANOVA تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: بین میانگین قطر هاله عدم رشد هر سه نوع باکتریA.a ، P.g  و  P.i و گروه کنترل تحت تاثیر voco bifluoride 10و MI تفاوت معنادار وجود نداشت (0/05 < P). میانگین قطر هاله عدم رشد باکتری ها در مجاورت ماده MI paste کمتر از قطر هاله عدم رشد باکتری در مجاورت مادهvoco bifluoride 10 بود ولی این تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنادار نبود(0/05 < P). ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮی:  استفاده از  voco bifluoride 10 و MI paste بر قطر هاله عدم رشد باکتری های پریوپاتوژن تاثیری ندارند   Background and Aim: Chronic periodontitis is caused by a complex of periopathogenic microorganisms, some of which are more closely related to the active phase of the disease. The aim of this study was to investigate the antibacterial effect of two desensitizing agents voco bifluoride 10 and Mi paste on three common periopathogen bacteria Materials and methods: In this experimental laboratory study, samples of three types of bacteria A.a (Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans), Porphyromonas gingivalis (P.g) and P.I (Prevotella intermedia) were used. From each of the compounds of voco bifluoride 10 and MI paste, 3 disks were prepared. After drying and sterilizing the disks, the quality control operations of the disks were performed and cultured in suitable media and exposed to 37 ° C for 48 hours. According to the halo around each disk and its measurement, the growth or non-growth of bacteria was examined. Data were analyzed using t-test and two-way ANOVA Results: There was no significant difference between the mean diameter of growth inhibition zone of all three types of bacteria A.a, P.g and P.i and the control group under the influence of voco bifluoride 10 and MI (P >0.05). The mean diameter of bacterial growth in the vicinity of MI paste was less than the diameter of bacterial growth in the vicinity of voco bifluoride 10, but this difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05).
