fa تاثیر لیزر دیود810nm برتعداد میکروارگانیسم های پریوپاتوژن در مایع شیارلثه ای بیماران ارتودنسی ثابت فاقد التهاب لثه اورتو Ortho مطالعه اصیل original article <h4 dir="RTL">سابقه و هدف: یکی از عوارض شایع در درمان ارتودنسی ثابت در طی درمان، مشکلات پریودنتال می باشد. روش های درمانی مختلف مثل دهانشویه ها، آنتی بیوتیک ها و امروزه لیزر تراپی برای درمان مشکلات پریودنشیوم بیماران ارتودنسی انجام می شود. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثر لیزر دیود برتعداد میکروارگانیسمهای پریوپاتوژن در مایع شیارلثه ای بیماران ارتودنسی ثابت فاقد التهاب لثه بود.<br> مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی 12 بیمار با ارتودنسی ثابت و فاقد ژنژیویت و پریودنتیت انتخاب شدند. دندان های پرمولر دوم چپ و راست یک فک آنها به عنوان گروه مورد و شاهد در نظر گرفته شد و پس از معاینات کامل پریودنتال، قبل و بعد از لیزر از مایع شیار لثه ای بیماران نمونه گیری شد و پس از گذشت 2 هفته و 6 هفته بعد از تابش لیزر مجددا نمونه گیری انجام شد و نمونه ها به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. داده ها توسط آزمون های آماری ویلکاکسون و من-ویتنی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> یافته ها: میانگین چهار نوع پریوپاتوژن مورد مطالعه بلافاصله بعد از تابش لیزر کاهش معنادار داشتند<font face="b nazanin"><u>&nbsp;</u></font><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><ins cite="mailto:Nasim%20Naraghian" datetime="2019-12-07T13:30">(0/001 > </ins></span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><ins cite="mailto:Nasim%20Naraghian" datetime="2019-12-07T13:30">P</ins></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><ins cite="mailto:Nasim%20Naraghian" datetime="2019-12-07T13:30">)&nbsp;</ins></span></span></span>&nbsp;و این کاهش بعد از گذشت دو هفته همچنان ادامه داشت ولی پس از شش هفته فقط میانگین Prevotella intermedia (008/0=p) و porphyrpmonas gingivali کاهش معنادار داشت.<span dir="RTL"><span b="" style="font-family: "><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><ins cite="mailto:Nasim%20Naraghian" datetime="2019-12-07T13:30">(0/002 =&nbsp;</ins></span></span></span><span new="" style="font-family: " times=""><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><ins cite="mailto:Nasim%20Naraghian" datetime="2019-12-07T13:30">P</ins></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span b="" style="font-family: "><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><ins cite="mailto:Nasim%20Naraghian" datetime="2019-12-07T13:30">)</ins></span></span></span><br> نتیجه گیری: لیزر تراپی در کاهش تعداد میکروارگانیسم های پریوپاتوژن در مایع شیارلثه ای بیماران ارتودنسی ثابت فاقد التهاب لثه موثر می باشدکه این اثربرروی Actinomyces comitansa وActinomyces odontolyticus &nbsp;&nbsp;ماندگاری کمتری دارد.</h4> Background and aim: One of the most common complications in the treatment of fixed orthodontics during treatment is periodontal problems. Different therapies such as mouthwashes, antibiotics and today laser therapy are used to treat periodontal problems in orthodontic patients. The aim of&nbsp; this study, is that we evaluated the effect of the Diode laser on the number of four periopathogen microorganisms.<br> Materials and methods: In this experimental study, 12 patients with fixed orthodontic appliance without gingivitis and periodontitis were selected. The left and right second premolar teeth were considered as case and control groups. After periodontal examinations, before and after the laser, were taken GCF sample and After 2 weeks and 6 weeks after laser irradiation, samples were re-sampled and transferred to the laboratory. Data were analyzed by Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney statistical tests<br> Results: The mean of the four kind of preopatogen immediately after laser radiation decreased significantly.
