fa مقایسه قدرت دوربین داخل دهانی نسبت به دوربین خارج دهانی دیجیتال در تشخیص صفات مورفولوژیک دندانی نان متریک آموزش دندانپزشکی Dental EDu مطالعه اصیل original article <p dir="RTL"><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;"></span></p> <p dir="RTL">&nbsp;سابقه و هدف: تصاویر فوتوگرافی داخل دهانی یکی از روش های بررسی صفات نان متریک دندانی می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه قدرت دوربین داخل دهانی نسبت به دوربین خارج دهانی در تشخیص صفات نان متریک مورفولوژیک دندان ها می باشد.<br> مواد &nbsp;و روشها: در این تحقیق تشخیصی، 40 نفر که در بررسی کلینیکی دارای صفات نان متریک مورفولوژی بودند و 40 نفر که فاقد صفات نان متریک بودند مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابتدا با دوربین داخل دهانی، عکس گرفته شد. سپس با دوربین خارج دهانی عکس برداری صورت گرفت. سپس تصاویر به صورت همزمان در مانیتور بررسی و داده ها با آزمون فیشر مورد قضاوت قرار گرفتند.<br> یافته‌ها: ارزش تشخیصی مثبت و منفی صفات نان متریک دندانی در دوربین داخل دهانی 100 درصد و در دوربین خارج دهانی دیجیتال به ترتیب 100% و 68% بود و تفاوت بین دو روش معنی دار بود. <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><ins cite="mailto:Nasim%20Naraghian" datetime="2019-12-24T08:27">. (0/0001</ins></span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><ins cite="mailto:Nasim%20Naraghian" datetime="2019-12-24T08:28">></ins></span></span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><ins cite="mailto:Nasim%20Naraghian" datetime="2019-12-24T08:28">P<span dir="RTL">)</span></ins></span></span><br> نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می رسد دوربین داخل دهانی جهت تشخیص صفات نان متریک دندانی نسبت به دوربین دیجیتال خارج دهانی ارجحیت دارد.</p> <p>Background and Aims :One of the method for studying nonmetric traits is intraoral photography pictures .The aim of this research is , Comparison of the power of the intraoral camera to a &nbsp;Extraoral camera to diagnose of morphologic non metric traits.<br> Materials and Methods:In this diagnostic &nbsp;research we selected eligible samples ,among them at least 40 were without traits and 40 had the traits. At first with intra oral camera photo was&nbsp; taken. Then, we took photo with a extraoral camera with a mouth opener and a mirror in the mouth with a 45 degree angle. At the end, the images were simultaneously judged on the monitor and studied. At the end of the study, the intraoral and extraoral camera.Findings were evaluated simultaneously on the monitor and analyzed statistically using fisher test.<br> Results: Negative and positive diagnostic vaule of nonmetric traits in intraoral camera was 100% and extraoral traits was 100, and 68% respectively and the related difference was significant.
