fa مقایسه میزان استحکام خمشی یک کامپوزیت فلوابل سلف ادهزیو و یک کامپوزیت فلوابل کانونشنال به صورت آزمایشگاهی Comparative Evaluation of the Flexural Strength of a Self-Adhesive and a Conventional Flowable Composite Resin: An In Vitro Study ترمیمی restorative dentistry مطالعه اصیل original article خلاصه: سابقه و هدف: با توجه به معرفی کامپوزیت های فلوابل سلف ادهزیو به بازار ، لزوم مقایسه خصوصیات مکانیکی این مواد از جمله استحکام خمشی با دیگر کامپوزیت ها بیش از پیش احساس می گردد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین استحکام خمشی 2 نوع کامپوزیت فلوابل موجود در بازار انجام گرفت .با وجود معرفی کامپوزیت‌های فلوابل سلف‌ادهزیو با هدف ساده‌سازی مراحل کلینیکی، شواهد موجود درباره خواص مکانیکی آن‌ها، به‌ویژه استحکام خمشی، نتایج متناقضی گزارش کرده‌اند بنابراین، هنوز مشخص نیست آیا این مواد می‌توانند از نظر استحکام خمشی جایگزین مناسبی برای کامپوزیت‌های فلوابل کانونشنال باشند. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه میزان استحکام خمشی کامپوزیت فلوابل سلف ادهزیو Vertise Flow  با کامپوزیت فلوابل کانونشنال  Grandio Flow در سال 1403-1402 در دانشکده دندان پزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تهران به صورت آزمایشگاهی بود. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه آزمایشگاهی، 24 نمونه کامپوزیتی در دو گروه (n=12) شامل (Vertise Flow(Kerr, USA) و Grandio Flow Flow(VOCO, Germany) تهیه شدند. استحکام خمشی نمونه‌ها با آزمون خمش سه‌نقطه‌ای مطابق استاندارد ISO 4049 اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها با آزمون Shapiro–Wilk، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. بر اساس آزمون Levene، مقایسه میانگین استحکام خمشی با استفاده از آزمون Independent Samples t-test انجام شد. <div style="border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt; padding:31.0pt 31.0pt 1.0pt 31.0pt">یافتهها: میانگین استحکام خمشی در گروه Grandio Flow برابر 18/25± 188/62مگاپاسکال و در گروه Vertise Flow برابر 17/53±147/62مگاپاسکال بود. این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنی‌دار بود. (0/001>P)  </div> نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد ، کامپوزیت Grandio Flow استحکام خمشی بالاتری نسبت به Vertise Flow دارد.  با این حال، تعمیم نتایج به شرایط کلینیکی نیازمند مطالعات بیشتر در محیط دهان می‌باشد. Abstract Background and  Aims: With the introduction of self-adhesive flowable composites to the market, the need to compare their mechanical properties, including flexural strength, with other composite materials has become increasingly important. Although self-adhesive flowable composites were developed to simplify clinical procedures, existing evidence regarding their mechanical properties, particularly flexural strength, has reported inconsistent findings. Therefore, it remains unclear whether these materials can serve as suitable alternatives to conventional flowable composites in terms of flexural strength. The aim of this study was to compare the flexural strength of a self-adhesive flowable composite (Vertise Flow) with a conventional flowable composite (Grandio Flow) during the academic year 2022–2023 at the Faculty of Dentistry, Islamic Azad University of Tehran, in an in vitro setting. Materials and Methods: In this in vitro study, 24 composite specimens were prepared in two groups (n=12), including Vertise Flow (Kerr, USA) and Grandio Flow (VOCO, Germany). Flexural strength was measured using a three-point bending test in accordance with ISO 4049. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro–Wilk test for normality assessment. Based on Levene’s test results, mean flexural strength values were compared using the Independent Samples t-test. Result: The mean flexural strength was 188.62 ± 18.25 MPa for Grandio Flow and 147.62 ± 17.53 MPa for Vertise Flow. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (p < 0.001). Conclusion: Within the limitations of this in vitro study, Grandio Flow demonstrated higher flexural strength compared to Vertise Flow.
