fa بررسی دیدگاه اساتید ودانشجویان دندانپزشکی درمورد ارزشیابی اساتید توسط دانشجویان و عوامل مرتبط باآن در سال 1394 آموزش دندانپزشکی Dental EDu مطالعه اصیل original article <h5 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"></h5> <h5 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"></h5> <h5 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">خلاصه:</span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"></span></span></strong></h5> <strong><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">سابقه وهدف: مهمترین دلیل انجام ارزشیابی اساتید، بهبود سیستم آموزشی است. مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین دیدگاه اساتید و دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران درمورد ارزشیابی اساتید توسط دانشجو وعوامل مرتبط با آن درسال 1394انجام شد.</span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">مواد وروش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی با دوپرسشنامه مجزا انجام شد. دیدگاه استاد شامل 9سوال و پرسشنامه دانشجو شامل 5 سوال مجزا بوده و هر دو&nbsp; به صورت 5گزینه ای لیکرت بودند. روایی پرسشنامه ها تأیید و پایایی آنها با الفای کرونباخ 80/0 تعیین گردید. درنهایت نمره پرسشنامه ها اگر بالای 50درصد کل امتیاز بود به عنوان دیدگاه مثبت (موافق) ثبت شد. نقش عوامل مرتبط با آزمون </span><span dir="LTR">Chi</span><span dir="LTR">-</span><span dir="LTR">Square</span>&nbsp; <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">آنالیزشد.</span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">یافته ها: از مجموع 70 استاد، 17/1 درصد دیدگاه مثبت(موافق) و 82/9 درصد دیدگاه منفی(مخالف) نسبت به ارزشیابی داشتند. مهمترین دلایل آن عدم احساس مسوولیت و صداقت دانشجو و عدم توجیه وی در تکمیل فرم ارزشیابی بود. ازمیان 120دانشجو 65/8 درصد دیدگاه موافق نسبت به ارزشیابی&nbsp; داشتند. مهمترین علت آن عدم بهادادن به نتایج&nbsp; ارزشیابی آنها بود. اساتیدی که مخالف نظرسنجی از دانشجویان بودند بیشتر در مواجهه با جنس مونث &nbsp;بودند (02/ 0</span>><span dir="LTR">P</span>) &nbsp;<br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">نتیجه گیری: به نظر می&shy;رسد</span> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">اکثریت اساتید نسبت به ارزشیابی خود توسط دانشجو دیدگاه موافقی &nbsp;نداشته، درحالیکه اکثر دانشجویان نسبت به ارزشیابی اساتید توسط دانشجویان موافق بودند. انجام ارزشیابی اساتید به روش&shy;های جدید مثلثی یا چندگانه (360 درجه)&nbsp; و استفاده از جلسات توجیهی&nbsp; برای اساتید و دانشجویان قبل از انجام ارزشیابی توصیه می&shy;شود.</span></span></strong><br> &nbsp; <strong>Abstract</strong><br> <strong>Background:</strong> The most important reason for evaluating teachers is to improve the educational system. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the viewpoints of faculty members and students of the Faculty of Dentistry of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Branch, about the evaluation of the faculty by the students and its related subjects in 2014.<br> <br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted with a separate questionnaire. The teacher&#39;s view was composed of 9 questions and the student questionnaire consisted of 5 separate questions and both were 5 choices Likert Scale. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed and their reliability was determined by Cronbach&#39;s alpha of 80%. Finally, if the score of the questionnaire was above 50% of the total score, was recorded as a positive (agree). The role of related factors was analyzed by Chi-Square test.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Out of 70 professors, 17.1% had a positive (agree) and 82.9% negative viewpoints (opposite) to the evaluation. The main reasons for this were the lack of responsibility and honesty of the student and his lack of justification for completing the evaluation form. Of the 120 students, 65.8 percent of the respondents agreed to rate the evaluation. The most important reason was not considering their evaluation results. Teachers who opposed the student&#39;s survey were more likely to be female (p <0.02).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> It seems, the majority of faculty members did not approve their evaluation by the students, while most students agreed with the evaluation of the professors.
