fa مقایسه دو نوع لیزر دیود 810 و980 نانومتربربرداشت پیگمانتاسیون لثه بیماری دهان Oral Medicine مطالعه اصیل original article <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <h5 dir="RTL"><strong>خلاصه</strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></h5> <h5 dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه و هدف</strong>: پیگمانتاسیون فیزیولوژیک لثه.گرچه پاتولوژیک محسوب نمی&shy;شود اما باعث ملاحظات زیبایی به خصوص هنگام خندیدن و صحبت کردن می شود. جهت رفع این مسأله روش های مختلفی چون : پیوند لثه، جینجیوکتومی، الکتروسرجری،سایش با فرز الماسی،کرایو سرجری،لیزر درمانی استفاده می شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر دو نوع لیزر دیود 810 و&nbsp; 980 نانومتر بر اندازه ضایعه پس از درمان پیگمانتاسیون لثه بود.</h5> <h5 dir="RTL"><strong>مواد وروشها:</strong> این مطالعه بصورت کار آزمایی بالینی دوسویه کور انجام و جهت مطالعه 24 بیمار(6مرد و18 زن) با محدوده&shy;ی سنی 19 تا 45 سال که واجد شرایط ورود به مطالعه بودند انتخاب شدند. یک کوادرانت فک توسط لیزر 810 و کوادرانت دیگر توسط لیزر&nbsp; 980 نانومتر بصورت تصادفی تحت جراحی دپیگمانتاسیون قرار گرفتند. سپس اندازه سایزپیگمانتاسیون بیماران بوسیله نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">AutoCAD</span> در زمان های قبل از مداخله،2هفته،4هفته،6هفته پس از مداخله اندازه گیری شد..در پایان داده ها توسط آزمون های آماری اسمیرنوف_کلموگروف، <span dir="LTR">t</span> زوجی،فریدمن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.</h5> <h5 dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که هیچ تفاوت معنی داری مابین سایز ضایعات پیگمانته قبل از مداخله، دو هفته‌،چهار هفته و شش هفته بعد از مداخله بوسیله لیزر 810 و 980 نانومتر وجود نداشت همچنین هیچ نشانه&shy;ای از عود پیگمانتاسیون از هفته&shy;های دوم تا ششم وجود نداشت.</h5> <h5 dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> درمان پیگمانتاسیون لثه بوسیله لیزر دیود&nbsp; 810 و980 نانومتر تفاوتی با یکدیگر ندارند.</h5> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: 150%;"><b><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times=""><font color="#000000">Abstract</font></span></b></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 150%;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">Background & aim </span></b><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">Although physiological gingival pigmentation is not pathologic, but cause esthetic consideration especially in laughing and speaking. For resolving of this pigmentation, some different methods such as gingival graft, gingivectomy, electrosurgery, abrasive with diamond burs, cryosurgery and laser therapy are used. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of 810nm and 980nm diode laser on size of the lesion after treatment of gingival pigmentation.</span></font></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 150%;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">Materials and Methods: </span></b><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">This study was a </span></font><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 19.5px;">double blind</span><font color="#000000"><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">&nbsp;clinical trial &nbsp;study. In this study, 24 patients (6males,18 females) ranging in age from 19 to 45 years who were eligible for inclusion, were selected. Because oral pigmentation is often symmetrically, a jaw quadrant by 810nm diode laser and another quadrant by 980nm diode laser were randomly chosen to laser therapy. Then, the size of lesions was measured by AutoCAD software before surgery,2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after surgery. Data were analyzed by Kolmogorov_Smirnov,T and Friedman tests.</span></font></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt; line-height: 150%;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">Results:</span></b><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times=""> The results of this study showed that there was not significant differences between size of pigmentation before surgery,2 and 4 and 6 weeks after surgery by 810 and 980 nm diode lasers.
