fa تظاهرات دندانی در مصرف کنندگان هروئین- مطالعه مورد شاهدی آموزش دندانپزشکی Dental EDu مطالعه اصیل original article <p dir="RTL"><strong>خلاصه</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> هروئین یک ماده مخدر، از گروه نیمه سنتتیک اپیوئیدها است. این ماده مخدر عوارض سیستمیک،سایکولوژیک وهمچنین عوارض دهانی - دندانی را به دنبال دارد که از عوارض دهانی- دندانی آن می توان به افزایش ریسک پوسیدگی،پریودنتیت و براکسیسم اشاره کرد.هدف از این تحقیق بررسی عوارض دندانی در این افراد است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> در این نوع مطالعه مورد-شاهدی تعداد 30 نفر از وابستگان هروئین و 30 نفر از مصرف کنندگان سیگار انتخاب شدند. دو گروه از لحاظ سن،جنس،موقعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی و عدم مصرف ماده مخدر دیگر تطابق داده شدند. پس از&nbsp; معاینه دقیق این افرادو تهیه پرسشنامه داده ها با آزمون <span dir="LTR">T</span><span dir="LTR">-test</span>، <span dir="LTR">MANN- U- WHITNEY</span> و <span dir="LTR">chi-square test</span> تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL">&nbsp;<strong>یافته ها:</strong>&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">D</span> (پوسیدگی) و <span dir="LTR">DMF</span> در افراد مصرف کننده هروئین به طور معنی داری بیشتر از افراد غیرمصرف کننده هروئین بود (001/0 > <span dir="LTR">P</span> &nbsp;)<span dir="LTR">F</span> &nbsp;(ترمیم دندان) در افراد مصرف کننده هروئین به طور معناداری کمتر از افراد غیر مصرف کننده هروئین بود.<br> <span dir="LTR">M</span> ( از دست دادن دندان) در دو گروه تفاوت معناداری نداشت ( 86/0 = <span dir="LTR">P</span>). میانگین تعداد دندان های سایش یافته&nbsp; در افراد مصرف کننده هروئین بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود. خشکی دهان و وجود براکسیسم در گروه وابسته به هروئین بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود. استفاده از مسواک و نخ دندان در گروه مصرف کننده هروئین کمتر بوده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> مصرف هروئین باعث پوسیدگی&shy;های دندان&nbsp; و به طور غیر مستقیم موجب بیماری های دهان می شود.</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><b><span b="" lang="EN-CA" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times=""><font color="#000000">Abstarct</font></span></b></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" lang="EN-CA" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">Background & aim: </span></b><span b="" lang="EN-CA" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">D-acethil morphin is the chemical name of heroin which is a narcotic substance derive from semi-synthetic opioid category. Heroin is used respiratory and intra-muscular. This substance has systemic, psychologic and oral and dental effects. </span></font>The goal of this study is assessment of dental findings in Heroin users.</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" lang="EN-CA" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">Method and Materials</span></b><span b="" lang="EN-CA" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">: For this </span><span b="" lang="EN" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">Case-control study<b>,</b></span><span b="" lang="EN-CA" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times=""> 30 resident heroin users and 30 resident cigarette users is examined. The study is done using a pre-test </span><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">questionnaire</span><span b="" lang="EN-CA" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times=""> form. Both groups have the same age, sex and economic-social level which use no other narcotic substance. T-test, Mann-U-withney and Chi-square examination was used to analysis of results.</span></font></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" lang="EN-CA" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">Result</span></b><span b="" lang="EN-CA" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">: Average of dental decays (D) in heroin users are more than non-addict person. (p<0.001) Average of dental filling (F) in heroin users are less than non-addict person. In other hand, dental missing (M) calculating by sinless&lue index have no difference in the heroin users and non-addict persons. (p=0.86)Average of dental abrasion in heroin users are more than non-addict person. </span><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">Redundancy of xerostomia and bruxism </span><span b="" lang="EN-CA" new="" style="line-height: 150%; font-family:;" times="">in heroin users are more than non-addict person.
