fa بررسی روند تغییرات علل خارج کردن دندان های دائمی در یک جمعیت ایرانی مواد دندانی Dental materiall مطالعه اصیل original article <p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p> <h5 dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b><span b="" lang="FA" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">خلاصه:</span></b><b><span b="" dir="ltr" lang="FA" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&nbsp;</span></b></font></h5> <p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p> <h5 dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0%"><font size="3"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" new="" roman="" span="" style="font-family:" times="">با توجه به افزایش شیوع و عوارض شناخته شده&shy;ی خارج کردن دندان&shy;های دائمی در کشور، به منظور بررسی روند تغییرات علل خارج کردن دندان در بخش جراحی دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی، درمانگاههای بهفر و قاضی طباطبایی در<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="B Nazanin">&nbsp;</font></span>طی 13 سال<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="B Nazanin">&nbsp;</font></span>این مطالعه انجام شد.</span></b></font></h5> <p><b><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></b></p> <h5 dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0%"><b><font size="3"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" new="" roman="" span="" style="font-family:" times="">: در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی اطلاعات دموگرافیک بیماران سابقه مصرف سیگار، زمان آخرین مراجعه به دندانپزشک و سابقه خارج کردن دندان، تعداد و علت خارج کردن دندان های بیماران مراجعه کننده به مراکز مورد بررسی را به مدت 6 ماه در دو بازه زمانی 78-1377<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="B Nazanin">&nbsp;</font></span>بر روی 1800 نفر شامل 1143 مرد و 657 نفر زن و 90-1389 بر روی 1382 نفر شامل 673 نفر مرد و 709 نفر زن ثبت شد. جهت تحلیل یافته ها از آزمون&shy;های آماری </span></b></font><b><font face="Times New Roman"><span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 11pt mso-ansi-language: EN-US">Chi-square</span><span style="font-size: 11pt mso-bidi-language: FA mso-ansi-language: EN-US">&nbsp;</span></font><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:"><font size="3">و </font></span><span b="" dir="ltr" style="font-size: 11pt"><font face="Times New Roman">Logistic Regression</font></span><span b="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:"><font size="3">استفاده شد.</font></span></b></b></h5> <p><b><b><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></b></b></p> <h5 dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0%"><b><b><font size="3"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" new="" roman="" span="" style="font-family:" times="">نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که میزان خارج کردن دندان به دلایل بیماری پریودنتال و پیش پروتزی نسبت به 13 سال گذشته کاهش یافته است،<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="B Nazanin">&nbsp;</font></span>این در حالی است که میزان خارج کردن دندان به دلایل<span style="mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="B Nazanin">&nbsp;</font></span>پوسیدگی و ارتودنسی در طی این مدت تغییر نکرده است.به نظر می رسد دلایل ارتودنسی به عنوان مهمترین علت خارج کردن دندان در افراد زیر 21 سال جایگزین پوسیدگی در این گروه سنی شده است. </span></b></font></b></b></h5> <p><b><b><b><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></b></b></b></p> <h5 dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0%"><b><b><b><font size="3"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" new="" roman="" span="" style="font-family:" times="">عدم تغییر شیوع پوسیدگی و باقی ماندن آن به عنوان مهمترین علت از دست رفتن دندان در افراد بالای 21 سال پس ازگذشت 13 سال، نشان از عدم وجود سیستم کارآمد در پیشگیری از بیماری های دهان و دندان در کشور است. </span></b></font></b></b></b></h5> <p><b><b><b><b><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></b></b></b></b></p> <p>ABSTRACT</p> <div>&nbsp;<b>Background and Aim:</b> Due to substantial proportions of prevalence and complication of teeth extraction, this study, was designed to establish whether the reasons for tooth loss have changed during 13 years evaluation.&nbsp;</div> <div><b>Materials and Methods: </b>Dental practitioners were asked to record patient&rsquo;s demographic information, history of smoking, time of last dental visits, having a previous dental extraction, number of teeth loss and reasons for the extraction for a period of 6 months in two time periods (1997-1998) on1800 patients including 1143 males and 657 females and 2010-2011) on 1382 patients including 673 males and 709 females.&nbsp;</div> <div><b>Results: </b>The results of this study confirmed that there has been a reduction of tooth extraction due to periodontal disease and pre-prosthetic reasons while caries and malocclusion indications remain the same during the 13 years.
