fa بررسی کیفیت زندگی در مبتلایان به اسکواموس سل کارسینومای دهانی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در مراجعین به انستیتو کانسر امام خمینی در سال1391 Evaluating the Quality of Life in Patients with Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma and the Associated Factors in those Referring to Imam Khomeini Cancer Institute, 2012 مواد دندانی Dental materiall مطالعه اصیل original article   <h5 dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: 115% unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0%"><span :="" b="" dir="rtl" fa="" face="Times New Roman" font="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" p="" roman="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: " times="">سابقه و هدف:<span .="" 11pt="" 1391="" 92-="" b="" dir="rtl" fa="" face="Times New Roman" font="" font-size:="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" p="" roman="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: " times="">مواد و روش‌ها:<span -="" .="" 0="</font" 100="" 3="" 35="" 8="" b="" dir="rtl" eortc="" fa="" face="Times New Roman" font="" lang="FA" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" p="" qlq-="" roman="" size="3" span="" style="font-family: " times="">یافتهها: در این مطالعه کیفیت زندگی بیماران مورد مطالعه در 30 درصد موارد نامناسب، 68 درصد متوسط و 2 درصد مناسب بود. میانگین نمره کلی کیفیت زندگی این بیماران 83/58 و انحراف معیار 33/22 بود.  با بالا رفتن مرحله بیماری(stage) کیفیت زندگی بیماران در اکثر فاکتورها نامطلوبتر شد (05/0>(P، زنان نسبت به مردان از نظر فاکتور وضعیت بلع، درد و احساس بیماری کیفیت زندگی پایین تری را بروز دادند .(01/0=P)  بیمارانی که در ناحیه ی زبان ، لب و مخاط باکال مبتلا به scc دهان بودند از نظر بلع و صحبت کردن کیفیت زندگی پایین تری نشان دادند. (004/0=P) و نوع درمان بر وضعیت بلع و احساس بیماری تاثیر گذار بود. (04/0=P)  و (007/0=P) </h5> نتیجه گیری: به نظر میرسد محل وقوع تومور و نوع درمان در کاهش کیفیت زندگی بیماران مبتلا به اسکواموس سل کارسینومای دهانی نقش دارد اما افزایش مرحله (Stage) بیماری مهمترین شاخص در کاهش کیفیت زندگی آنهاست.     ABSTRACT   Background and Aim: Various kinds of cancer can negatively affect the quality of life in patients and can indirectly affect the therapeutic results. The current study was enrolled to assess the quality of life in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and identify the associated factors to be used for improving the quality of life in patients. This was done on patients referring to Imam Khomeini Cancer Institute, 2012-13.   Materials and Methods: In this descriptive research, 100 patients with OSCC were enrolled 3 months after the end of diagnostic and therapeutic stages when they were in follow-up stage. They were interviewed using EORTC QLQ- H&N35 questionnaire which its validity and reliability was affirmed by Cronbach’s α=0.858. The questionnaire consisted of 35 questions concerning 8 indices (pain, swallowing status, sense of taste, speech, feeling of malaise, social communication, eating in public and sexual desire). At the same time, patients were interviewed and the clinico-demographic characteristics form was completed for each of them. Then, the relation between these indices of quality of life and the studied variables was assessed using Mann-Whitney U-test and Kruskal-Wallis test.   Results: As the stage of illness advanced, the quality of life declined in most factors (P<0.05). Women were found to have lower quality of life than men regarding swallowing status, pain, and feeling of malaise (P=0.01). The patients who had OSCC on tongue, lips and buccal mucosa had lower quality of life in terms of swallowing and speaking (P=0.004 and 0.005, respectively). The type of treatment affected the indices of swallowing and feeling of malaise.
