fa بررسی مقایسه ای ساختار کانال ریشه در دندان های پرمولر دوم مندیبل سمت چپ و راست: مطالعه CBCT در یک جمعیت ایرانی جراحی- oral surgery مطالعه اصیل original article <h5 dir="RTL"><strong>خلاصه: </strong></h5> <h5 dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه وهدف:</strong> دندان های پرمولر دوم مندیبل دارای طیف گسترده ای از گوناگونی و تنوع در آناتومی می باشند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی و مقایسه ساختار کانال و ریشه دندان های پرمولر دوم مندیبل چپ و راست با استفاده از تصویربرداری <span dir="LTR">CBCT</span> بود.</h5> <h5 dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی 457 تصویر <span dir="LTR">CBCT</span> شامل پرمولر دوم مندیبل سمت چپ و راست انسان مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تصاویر در هر سه پلن فضایی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و تفاوت تعداد کانال و ریشه از نظر آماری مقایسه وگزارش شد. آنالیز داده ها با استفاده از آزمون <span dir="LTR">Chi- Square</span> انجام شده و 04/0 ><span dir="LTR">p</span>&nbsp; معنی دار تلقی شد.</h5> <h5 dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> از 457 دندان پرمولر دوم مورد بررسی در سمت چپ و راست به ترتیب، 3/94 درصد یک ریشه، 7/5 درصد دو ریشه و 6/95 درصد یک ریشه و 4/4 درصد دو ریشه داشتند. در بررسی تعداد کانال در سمت چپ و راست به ترتیب 9/77 درصد یک کانال، 1/22 درصد دو کانال و 4/83 درصد یک کانال و 6/16 درصد دو کانال داشتند. از نظر تعداد ریشه بین پرمولر دوم مندیبل سمت چپ و راست اختلاف آماری معنی داری مشاهده نگردید (364/0 = <span dir="LTR">P</span>)، ولی از لحاظ تعداد کانال اختلاف آماری معنی داری بین دو سمت چپ و راست مشاهده گردید. CBCT scans were assessed in three orthogonal planes and the differences in the number of roots and root canals were recorded. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square test. The significance level was set at p< 0.04.</span></p> <p align="left"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">&nbsp;</font></p> <p align="left" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt text-align: justify line-height: normal unicode-bidi: embed direction: ltr"><b><span calibri="" new="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></b><span calibri="" new="" style="font-family:" times=""> From 457 mandibular left and right second premolars, on the left side 94.3% of the teeth had one root and 5.7% had two roots. On the right side, 95.6% of the teeth had one root and 4.4% had two roots. On the left side, 77.9% of the teeth had a single canal and 22.1% had two canals and on the right side 83.4% of the teeth had a single canal and 16.6% had two canals.
