fa بررسی تاثیر چای برمیزان تغییررنگ کامپوزیت های Kalore و Gradia Evaluating the Discoloration Effect of Tea on Kalore and Gradia Composites جراحی- oral surgery مطالعه اصیل original article   <h5 dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify line-height: 115% unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0%">سابقه و هدف:انجام شد.</h5>   <h5 dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0%"> این تحقیق تجربی بر روی 20 نمونه دیسک کامپوزیتی از دو کامپوزیت kalore و  Gradia انجام شد. از هر کامپوزیت 10 نمونه شامل دوگروه 5تایی در چای و آب مقطر برای 72 ساعت قرارگرفتند. رنگ سنجی نمونه ها قبل و بعد از قرارگیری در محلولها توسط اسپکتروفتومتر(MINOLTA-Japan) انجام شد. سپس نمونهها پرداخت شدند و رنگ سنجی نهایی انجام گردید .نتایج توسط آزمونkruskal wallis ارزیابی شدند. </h5>   <h5 dir="rtl" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0%">نتایج نشان دادکه میزان تغییر رنگ در هر دوکامپوزیت پس از نگه داری در چای به طور معناداری افزایش پیدا کرد )<span b="" calibri="" dir="ltr" en-us="" face="Times New Roman" font="" lang="AR-SA" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" roman="" span="" style="font-family: " times="">واین افزایش در کامپوز یت kalore بود. (014/0>P) بدنبال پرداخت نهایی کامپوزیتهای نگهداری شده در محیط چای ، میزان تغییررنگ در  هر دوکامپوزیت کاهش پیدا کرد ( 001/0>P)<span 0="</span" b="" calibri="" dir="ltr" en-us="" fa="" face="Calibri" font="" lang="AR-SA" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" roman="" span="" style="font-family: " times="">این کاهش در کامپوزیت kalore  (008/0=Pنتیجه گیری:  و Gradia داشت.</h5>         ABSTRACT   Background and Aim: Discoloration of composite restorations over time is among common factors causing their replacement, which weakens the tooth structure and causes pulpal injury. Since tea is a common drink among Iranians, the current study aimed to evaluate the discoloration effect of tea on Kalore and Gradia composite resins.   Materials and Methods: This experimental study was performed on 20 disc-shaped specimens of two composites, Kalore and Gradia.  Ten specimens of each composite type with subgroups of 5 were stored in tea and distilled water for 72 Hours. Color measurements were obtained using Spectrophotometer (Minolta, Japan) before and after immersion in solutions. Final spectrophotometry was done after polishing. The results were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis test.   Results: The discoloration value of both composites increased significantly after being immersed in tea (P<0.001). Discoloration in Kalore was higher than Gradia (P<0.014) and amount of discoloration was clinically unacceptable for both composites. (ΔE >3/3) After final polishing of the samples kept in tea, amount of discoloration decreased for both composites (P<0.001) and (P=0.002) respectively this reduction was more prominent in Kalore (P=0.008).
