fa بررسی سلامت روانی وکیفیت زندگی وابسته به سلامت دهان در بیماران مبتلا به لیکن پلان دهانی Evaluation of Mental Health and Oral Health Related Quality of Life in Patients with Oral Lichen Planus جراحی- oral surgery مروری Review article <h5 align="right" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify LINE-HEIGHT: 115% TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">خلاصه: </h5><h5 align="right" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">سابقه و هدف: لیکن پلان یک بیماری نسبتاً شایع و مزمن پوستی است که غالباً مخاط دهان را گرفتار میکند. بیماران مبتلا به لیکن پلان دهانی (OLP) از علائمی رنج می برند که زندگی روزمره ی آن ها را در زمینه های مختلف تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند. گرچه اتیولوژی لیکن پلان دهانی، شناخته شده نیست، نقش اختلالات روانی به خصوص استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در پاتوژنز بیماری مورد بحث است. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین سلامت روانی و کیفیت زندگی وابسته به سلامت دهان بیماران مبتلا به لیکن پلان دهانی است.</h5><h5 align="right" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه مورد-شاهدی، تعداد 35 بیمار مبتلا به OLP و 50 فرد سالم که از نظر سن، جنس و سطح بهداشت دهان یکسان شده بودند، حضور داشتند. هردوگروه، پرسشنامه های GHQ-28 و OHIP-14 را تکمیل کردند . معاینات دهانی نیز برای هر دو گروه صورت پذیرفت. در نهایت داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS V.18 با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی، آزمون مجذور کای، T-Test و Mann-U- Whitney Test آنالیز شدند.</h5><h5 align="right" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">یافته‌ها: کیفیت زندگی وابسته به سلامت دهان در گروه بیماران مبتلا به OLP از جنبه های محدودیت عملکردی و ناتوانی فیزیکی از نظر آماری به طور معنی داری پایینتر از گروه سالم بود به ترتیب(02/0 = P) و (03/0= P) . به علاوه از نظر آماری بین دو گروه از نظر وجود اختلالات روانی تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد. ( 4/0= P )</h5><h5 align="right" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">نتیجه گیری: به نظر میرسد که برخی از جنبه های کیفیت زندگی وابسته به سلامت دهان در بیماران مبتلا به OLP کاهش می یابد و ارتباط موثری بین اختلالات روانی در بیماران مبتلا به OLP دیده نمیشود.</h5> Abstract: Background and Aim: Lichen Planus is a relatively common mucocutaneous disease which usually affects the oral mucosa. Patients with Oral Lichen Planus (OLP) suffer from symptoms that affect different aspects of their daily life. Although the exact etiology of OLP is unclear, the role of psychological disorders especially stress, anxiety and depression is debated. The aim of this study was to analyze mental health and oral health related quality of life in patients with OLP. Materials and Methods : In this case-control study, 35 patients with OLP along with 50 healthy people matched by age, sex and oral health level were involved. Both groups completed the GHQ-28 and OHIP-14 questionnaires. Oral examination was also performed. At the end, data were analyzed by SPSS v.18 software and Descriptive statistics, Chi Square Test, T-test and Mann-U- Whitney Test. Results : There were statistically significant differences in the functional limitation and physical disability aspects of OHIP-14 in patients with OLP in comparison with the normal group ( P =0/02(P= 0/03) respectively. Besides, there were no significant differences between the groups with respect to psychological disorders. ( P = 0/41) Conclusions: The quality of life in patients with OLP is reduced in some aspects.
