fa ارزیابی برنامه آموزشی دندانپزشکی عمومی در گروه کودکان ازدیدگاه دانشجویان بر اساس مدل CIPP در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران در سال 1403 Evaluating the educational program of pediatric dentistry from the students’ point of view in Tehran Azad University based on CIPP Moddle آموزش دندانپزشکی Dental EDu مطالعه اصیل original article خلاصه: سابقه و هدف: ارزشیابی یکی از جنبه‌های مهم در فرآیندهای آموزشی است. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی برنامه آموزشی گروه کودکان دندانپزشکی عمومی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران بر اساس الگوی ارزشیابی CIPP( context, input, process, and product evaluation model ) انجام گرفت. مواد و روش ها:  در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی پرسشنامه (DREEM ( Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure  شامل 50 سوال در 5 حیطه ادراک دانشجو از یادگیری، اساتید، جو آموزشی، توانایی علمی  و شرایط اجتماعی و پرسشنامه Product  شامل سه چک لیست محقق ساخته از برنامه آموزشی دندانپزشکی کودکان مطابق با کوریکولوم وزارت بهداشت که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفته بود میان 209  دانشجو که واحد عملی 1و2و3 دندانپزشکی کودکان را گذرانده بودند به شیوه سرشماری توزیع گردید. از آزمون  Kolmogorov-Smirnov برای تعیین نرمالیتی داده‌ها و از آزمونهای One-way ANOVA، Tukey HSD و Regression برای تجزیه و تحلیل آن ها استفاده گردید و مقادیر کمتر از 05/0 به عنوان سطح معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد. یافته ها: در زمینه product پاسخ " می توانم به تنهایی انجام دهم "  برای واحد کودکان عملی 1 , 2 و 3 به ترتیب   56/34درصد, 59/73 درصد و 62/55 درصد بود. میانگین امتیاز پرسشنامه ی DREEM   79/113 از 200 نمره کل (56.89%) بود. میانگین حیطه ی ادراک دانشجویان از شرایط اجتماعی خود براساس ترم تحصیلی دارای تفاوت معناداری بود (0/004=p). میانگین ادراک دانشجویان از شرایط اجتماعی خود در دانشجویان ترم 10 بطورمعناداری بالاتر از ترم 11 (0/003=p) بود. سن، جنس و نوع ورودی بر تعیین ادراک دانشجویان درحیطه‌های مختلف و نمره کلی پرسشنامه DREEM تاثیر معناداری نداشت (0/05<p) اما جنسیت رابطه معکوس و معناداری با درحیطه‌ ی ادراک دانشجویان از شرایط اجتماعی خود داشت (0/136=-بتا استاندارد)   (0/079=P) ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮی:  یافته‌های مطالعه ی حاضر نشان‌ داد که وضعیت ادراک دانشجویان نسبت به گروه دندانپزشکی کودکان  دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران در  حیطه های    context  و product  در شرایط مطلوبی بوده و به نظر می رسد این گروه در دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی موفق بوده است .   Evaluating the educational program of pediatric dentistry from the students’ point of view in Tehran Azad University based on CIPP Model Ali maghsoudpour2, Nahid Askarizadeh2, Shirin Lawaf3, Saba Aghaei4 1-Dentist 2- Associate Professor, Department of Pedodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, Tehran Medical Sciences, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran 3- Associate Professor, Department of Prosthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, Tehran Medical Sciences, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran 4- Assistant Professor, Department of Pedodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, Tehran Medical Sciences, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran Received:Oct 2024             ; Accepted: Feb 2025 Abstract Background and Aim: Assessment is an important aspect of education. This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the educational program of department of pedodontics from the perspective of Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences undergraduate students based on the CIPP evaluation model. Materials and methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, the DREEM questionnaire consists of  50 questions in 5 areas of student perception of learning, professors, educational atmosphere, academic ability, and social conditions ,and the product questionnaire includes three checklists made by the researcher based on the pediatric dentistry program according to the curriculum of the Ministry of Health, which the validity and reliability had been confirmed, were distributed by census method among 209 students who had passed 1st, 2nd and 3rd practical pediatric dentistry . Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to determine the normality and the data were analyzed by One-way ANOVA, Tukey HSD and Regression tests and values less than 0.05 were considered significant. Results: In product context, the response "I can do it alone" was 56.34%, 59.73%, and 55.62% for 1st, 2nd and 3rd practical pediatric dentistry respectively. The average score of the DREEM questionnaire was 113.79 out of 200 total scores (56.89%). The average range of students' perception of their social conditions based on academic semester had a significant difference (p=0.004). The average perception of students about their social conditions in the 10th semester students was significantly higher than the 11th semester (p=0.003). Age, gender and entrance type did not have a significant effect on the determination of students' perceptions in different areas and the overall score of the DREEM questionnaire (p>0.05), however, gender had a significant inverse relationship with students' perception of their social conditions (standardized beta = 0.136, P = 0.079) (P value > 0.1).
