fa تعیین اثر فنی‌توئین موضعی در جلوگیری از رشد میکروارگانیسم های عفونی کننده زخم های دهان Efficacy of Topical Phenytoin on Microbial Load of Oral Wounds بیماری دهان Oral Medicine مطالعه اصیل original article <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">سابقه و هدف:  برای درمان زخم ها ازروش های مختلف درمانی ازجمله داروهای شیمیایی،گیاهی،هومیوپاتی و لیزردرمانی استفاده میشود که هدف اصلی درمان سریعتر،کم عارضه، ودرعین حال کم هزینه زخم میباشد. فنیتوئین موضعی نیز بربهبود زخم ها اثرمثبت دارد.هدف ازمطالعه حاضر  بررسی اثرضد میکروبی  فنی توئین موضعی 1% بر آلودگی میکروبی حاصل ازمیکروارگانیسم های موثر برعفونت زخم حفره دهان درمدل حیوانی بود.</h3> <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه تجربی آزمایشگاهی ازنوع حیوانی ،تعداد 36 موش نر انتخاب شدند. پس از بیهوش کردن موش ها درلثه فک پائین فلپ زده شد.سه نوع میکروارگانیسم میکروبی شامل کاندیدا آلبیکانس، استافیلوکک اورئوس و  اکتینومایسس تهیه شد وبه میزان یکسان ازمیکروارگانیسم ها درمحل برش قرار داده شد موش ها به صورت تصادفی به دوگروه  تقسیم شدند.در 18 موش پودر فنی توئین موضعی 1% برروی زخمها قرار داده شد، ودر 18موش باقیمانده هیچ داروئی بر روی زخم قرارنگرفت.درنهایت 36 نمونه بیوپسی انسیژنال بدست آمده در محیط های اختصاصی مربوط به هرمیکروارگانیسم کشت داده شد وبه آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. کلنی های شمارش شده در گروه های فنی توئین با گروه های بدون فنی توئین مقایسه شد داده ها توسط آزمون آماری Mann-U-Whitney وبا استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.</h3> <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">یافته ها:   میزان کلونی های استافیلوکوک آرئوس به ترتیب گروه مورد  و شاهد (301378±124827)و(1209±807)(0/259=P)، کاندیداآلبیکنس (1339±1750)و(4679±2357)(0/423=P) و  اکتینومایسس (36721±16088)و(114±47) (0/049=P) بین دو گروه فنی توئین وگروه شاهد تفاوت آماری معنی دار نداشت. </h3> نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد که  پودر فنی توئین 1% موضعی پس از یک بار استفاده، تاثیری درکاهش آلودگی میکروبی زخم های دهانی موش های آزمایشگاهی ندارد.   Background and Aim: To treat wounds, various treatment methods are used,including chemical, herbal, homeopathic and laser treatments, the main goal of which is faster, less complication, and at the same time lower cost of wounds. Topical phenytoin also has a positive effect on wound healing.The aim of present study was to investigate the antimicrobial effect of topical 1% phenytoin on microbial contamination caused by microorganisms affecting oral ulcer infection in an animal model. Material and Methods: In this experimental animal experimental study in 2019, 36 male rafts were selected. After anesthetizing the rats, the mandibular gingiva was flapped. Three types of microbial microorganisms including Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus and Actinomycosis were prepared. An equal number of microorganisms was placed at the incision site. Rats were randomly divided into two groups. In 18 rats 1% topical phenytoin powder was applied to the wounds, and in the remaining 18 rats no drug was applied to the wound. Finally, 36 samples of incisal biopsy were cultured in specific media for each microorganism and transferred to the laboratory. Colonies counted in phenytoin groups were compared with non-phenytoin groups. Data were analysed by Mann-Whitney test  by means of SPSS 22 software. Results: Mean±sd and Pvalue colonies of Staphylococcus aureus case and control groups respectively(124827±301378) and(807±1209),(P=0.259), Candida albicans(1750±1339)and(2357±4679),(P=0.423) and Actinomyces (16088±36721)and(47±114)(P=0.049)were not statistically significant between the phenytoin and control groups.
