fa بررسی فراوانی شکایات ارجاع شده ی بیماران از شاغلین حرف دندانپزشکی در زمینه درمان جراحی دهان و فک و صورت، پریو، بیماری های دهان،فک و صورت و آسیب شناسی دهان،‌ فک و صورت به اداره کمیسیون های پزشکی قانونی استان تهران در سال های 1397 تا 1399 Frequency of complaints referred by patients from the dental profession in the fields of treatment of oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontal, oral & maxillofacial medicine, oral & maxillofacial pathology to the Office of Forensic Medicine Commissions of Tehran Province in the years 2017 to 2019 آموزش دندانپزشکی Dental EDu مطالعه اصیل original article <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">سابقه و هدف:  باتوجه به افزایش شکایات وتأثیرمنفی آن بر کیفیت خدمات دندانپزشکی،بررسی پرونده های شکایات ضروری به نظرمیرسد.هدف از این مطالعه تعیین فراوانی شکایات ارجاع شده ی بیماران از شاغلین حرف دندانپزشکی در زمینه ی درمانهای جراحی دهان و فک و صورت، پریو، بیماری های دهان و فک و صورت، و آسیب شناسی دهان،‌ فک و صورت به اداره کمیسیونهای پزشکی قانونی استان تهران در سالهای 1399-1397 بود.</h3> <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه بصورت توصیفی و با مراجعه به مرکز کمیسیون پزشکی قانونی استان تهران و بررسی پرونده های مربوطه و داده های موجود انجام شد. جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق فرم اطلاعاتی انجام شد که شامل خصوصیات دموگرافیک شاکی،متشاکی،نوع درمان و نتیجه کمیسیون اول و دوم بود. میزان شکایات در هر گروه به صورت درصد اعلام شده و ارتباط با عوامل مرتبط با آماره های کای-دو بررسی شد.</h3> <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">یافته ها:  از میان 245 شکایتی که در سالهای 1399-1397 در ارتباط با زمینه های درمان ذکر شده در سازمان کمیسیونهای پزشکی قانونی استان تهران ثبت شده بود، بیشتر شاکیان در بازه ی سنی30 تا 39سال(34.9٪)،زن(58.4٪)،دیپلمه(30.3٪)،بیکار(34٪)و متاهل (69.3%)بودند. 13.2%درمانگران، غیردندانپزشک بودند.بیشتر درمانگران 50تا 59 ساله(30.9%)،مرد(73.3٪) و دارای مدرک عمومی(74.1٪) بودند.بیشتر شکایات  از رشته جراحی دهان و فک و صورت(82.9٪) بود.</h3> <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify">نتیجه گیری: بنظر میرسد بیشتر شاکیان، زن،متاهل،در بازه سنی 30تا39 سال و دیپلم هستند. بیشتر درمانگران، مرد،دندانپزشک عمومی و در بازه سنی 50تا59سال هستند.بیشتر شکایات از درمان ها،  مربوط به رشته جراحی دهان و فک و صورت بود.</h3> <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify"></h3> Background & Aim: Considering the increase in complaints and its negative impact on the quality of dental services, it seems necessary to review complaint files.The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of complaints referred by patients to dental professionals in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontal, oral & maxillofacial medicine, oral & maxillofacial pathology to the Department of Forensic Medicine Commissions of Tehran Province in the years 1397-1399. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was performed by referring to the center of Tehran Forensic Medicine Commission and reviewing the relevant files and available data. Data collection was done through an information form that included the demographic characteristics of the complainant, the defendant, the type of treatment and the outcome of the first and second commissions. Results: Among the 245 complaints that have been registered in the Forensic Medicine Commissions of Tehran Province in the years 1397-1399 in relation to the mentioned fields of treatment, most of the <a name="_Hlk102299461">complainants</a> were in the age group of 30- 39 years (34.9%), women (58.4%), diploma (30.3%), unemployed (34%) and married (69.3%). 13.2% of therapists were non-dentists. Most therapists were 50-59 years old (30.9%), male (73.3%) and had a doctor of dental surgery degree (74.1%). Most complaints were from oral & maxillofacial surgery (82.9%). Conclusion: Most of the complainants appear to be women, married, in the age range of 30-39, and have a diploma. Most therapists are male, general dentist and in the age range of 50-59 years.
