fa بررسی مقایسه ای خشونت سطحی سه نوع کامپوزیت رزینی مختلف بعد از پالیش با تکنیک دو مرحله ای Comparative Evaluation of Surface Roughness of Three Different Composite Resins Following Polishing with a Two-Step Technique ترمیمی restorative dentistry مطالعه اصیل original article سابقه وهدف: امروزه تقاضا برای مواد ترمیمی همرنگ دندان به خصوص کامپوزیت‌های رزینی روبه  افزایش است. دستیابی به سطحی صیقلی با کمترین میزان خشونت سطحی به طور قابل ملاحظهای منجربه زیبایی بیشتر، کاهش تجمع پلاک، التهاب لثه و کاهش تغییر رنگ ترمیم دندان میشود. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه خشونت سطحی سه نوع کامپوزیت رزین مختلف بعد از پالیش با تکنیک دومرحلهای بود مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه تجربی-آزمایشگاهی سه نوع کامپوزیت میکروهیبریدCharisma Classic ، کامپوزیت نانوهیبریدCharisma Topazوکامپوزیت نانوهیبرید Charisma Diamond مورد بررسی قرارگرفتند. از هر نوع کامپوزیت 40نمونه دیسک شکل به قطر 5 و ارتفاع3 میلی مترتهیه شد. نمونه‌های هر نوع کامپوزیت به دو گروه آزمون و کنترل منفی تقسیم شدند. گروههای آزمون توسط مولتهای خورشیدی پالیش شدند و گروههای کنترل تحت هیچ نوع پروسهی پالیش قرار نگرفتند. سپس میانگین خشونت سطحی در هر گروه اندازه گیری شد. داده‌ها  با استفاده از آزمون های   t-test، ANOVA و tukey آنالیز شدند. یافته ها:  میزان خشونت سطحی هر سه نوع کامپوزیت بعد از پالیش توسط سیستم خورشیدی دومرحلهای نسبت به گروه کنترل بطور معناداری کمتر بود (0/001>p). میزان خشونت سطحی در کامپوزیت Charisma Classicو Charisma Topazتفاوت معناداری نداشت. (0/2=P)  میزان  خشونت سطحی در کامپوزیت Charisma Diamond به طور معناداری بیشتر از کامپوزیت‌های Charisma Classicو Charisma Topazبود(0/001>p). میزان خشونت سطحی بین سه گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری نداشت (0/24=p). نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می رسد Charisma Classic  کمترین میزان خشونت سطحی پس از انجام فرایند استاندارد پالیش را نشان داد. پالیش را دارد. <div style="border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt; padding:0in 0in 1.0pt 0in"></div> Background and Aim: Nowadays, demand for same–color restorative materials, especially resin composites, is increasing. Access to the smooth surface with minimum level of surface roughness significantly results in more beauty, and the reduction of the accumulation of the plaque, gingival inflammation, and tooth discoloration. the aim of this study was surface roughness of three different composite’s resins following the polish with a two-step technique has been evaluated. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, three types of composite; Charisma Classic, Charisma Topaz and Charisma Diamond have been investigated. Every type of the composite includes 40 disc-shape specimens with 5 and 3mm in height were provided. Specimens of each composite type were divided into two categories, tested group and negative control group. The tested groups were polished by twisted and the control groups were not subjected to any kind of polishing process. Then, the overall level of surface roughness in each group was measured. The data were analyzed with independent t test, ANOVA and the Tokay Test. Results: The mean surface roughness of all three types of composites after polishing by the twisted was significantly lower than the control group (p <0.001). The mean level of surface roughness in Charisma Classic and Charisma Topaz composites was not significantly different.(P=0.2) the mean surface roughness in Charisma Diamond composite was significantly higher than Charisma Classic and Charisma Topaz composites (p <0.001). The mean of surface roughness was not significantly different between the three control groups (p = 0.24). Conclusion: Microhybrid composite showed the lowest level of surface roughness after the standard polishing process.
