fa مقایسه ی میزان تحلیل خارجی اپیکالی ریشه دندان های خلفی دائمی درمان ریشه شده و وایتال بعد از درمان ارتودنسی Comparing The Rate of External Apical Root Resorption During Orthodontic Treatment in Posterior Permanent Endodontically Treated and Vital Teeth اورتو Ortho مطالعه اصیل original article سابقه و هدف: یکی از نگرانی هایی که در مورد درمان ارتودنسی وجود دارد، تحلیل خارجی اپیکالی ریشه  میباشد. از این رو هدف از این تحقیق مقایسه ی میزان تحلیل خارجی اپیکالی ریشه ی دندان های  خلفی دائمی اندو شده و وایتال بعد از درمان ارتودنسی است. مواد و روش ها:  در این مطالعه مشاهده توصیفی- تحلیلی، 112 ریشه دندان از 28 بیمار در محدوده سنی20 تا 30مراجعه کننده به بخش ارتودنسی دانشگاه آزاد اصفهان که در یک سمت فک دارای یک دندان خلفی درمان ریشه شده و در طرف مقابل همان دندان را  به صورت وایتال داشتند انتخاب شدند.ریشه های دندان مولر اول و دوم ماگزیلا (مزیوباکال و دیستوباکال)، ریشه های دندان مولر اول و دوم مندیبل (مزیال ودیستال) بررسی شدند. دورادیوگرافی پانورامیک، قبل از شروع درمان و حداقل یک سال پس از شروع درمان تهیه گردید و نسبت طول ریشه به طول تاج اندازه گیری شد. داده ها با آزمون های آماری من ویتنی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: تفاوت معناداری در میزان تحلیل خارجی ریشه های دیستالی (0/001=p) و مزیالی (0/001>p) بین دندانهای اندو شده و وایتال مقابل مشاهده شد ولی بین ریشههای دیستوباکال و مزیوباکال دندانهای خلفی دائمی وایتال فک بالا (0/499=p) ، اندو شده فک بالا(0/249=p) ،ریشه های مزیال و دیستال دندان های خلفی دائمی وایتال فک پایین (0/398=p) ، اندو شده فک پایین( 0/193=p) مشاهده نشد.در مقایسه ی فک بالا و پایین،تفاوت معناداری در میزان تحلیل خارجی ریشه های مزیالی دندان های وایتال (0/075=p.)،ریشه های مزیالی(0/243=p.) و دیستالی(0/324=p.) دندان های اندو شده مشاهده نشد ولی تفاوت معناداری در ریشه های دیستالی در دندان های وایتال مشاهده شد.(0/014=p)که تحلیل در ریشه ی دیستالی فک بالا بیشتر از فک پایین مشاهده گردید. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮی:  میزان تحلیل اپیکالی خارجی ریشه پس از درمان ارتودنسی در دندان های خلفی درمان ریشه شده کمتر از دندان های وایتال بود. <div style="border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt; padding:0in 0in 0in 0in"></div> Background and Aim : One of the concerns about orthodontic treatment is the external apical root resorption(EARR).Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the rate of  EARR in posterior permanent endodontically treated and vital teeth after orthodontic treatment. Materials and methods: This observational and retrospective study was performed on 112 roots in 28 patients in the age range of 20 to 30 referred to the orthodontic department of Isfahan Azad University who had endodontically traeted teeth on one side of the jaw and contralateral vital teeth on the opposite side. The studied roots were maxillary first and second molars roots (mesiobuccal and distobuccal roots), mandibular first and second molars roots  (mesiolingual and mesiobuccal and distal). Two panoramic radiographs were taken before orthodontic treatment and at least one year after orthodontic treatment. In both radiographies, the ratio of crown length to root length was measured in the endodontically treated teeth and the contralateral vital tooth. The results were analyzed using Mann-Whitney test. Results: There was a significant difference in the external resorption of distal (p = 0.001) and mesial (p <0.001) roots between endodontically treated and contralateral vital teeth, but there was no significant difference between distobuccal and mesiobuccal roots of maxillary posterior permanent vital teeth (p=0.499), endodontically treated teeth (p = 0.249), mesial and distal roots of mandibular posterior permanent vital teeth (p = 0.398), endodontically treated teeth (p = 0.193).There was no significant difference in the external resorption of mesial roots of vital teeth (p. 0.075), mesial (p. 0.243) and distal (p = 0.324)roots of endodontically treated teeth between maxillary and mandibular teeth but a significant difference was observed in the distal roots in the vital teeth. (P = 0.014) and root resorption in the distal roots of the maxilla was more than the mandible.
