fa مقایسه تأثیر لیزر دایود 810 نانومتر و 940 نانومتر بر روی سلوباکتریوم موری در آزمایشگاه Comparison the Effect of 810 nm and 940 nm Diode Lasers on Solobacterium Moorei in Vitro بیماری دهان Oral Medicine مطالعه اصیل original article <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">سابقه و هدف: با توجه به نقش سلوباکتریوم موری در بروز عفونتهای دهانی، هالیتوزیس (Halitosis)، بیماریهای پریودنتال و ایجاد سپتیسمی و همچنین نظر به نقش مهم لیزر در مقایسه با موارد کاربرد عوامل ضد میکروبی ، مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثر لیزر دایود 810 نانومتر  و 940 نانومتر  بر سلوباکتریوم موری در محیط آزمایشگاه انجام شد.</h3> <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">مواد و روش ها: این تحقیق به روش تجربی-آزمایشگاهی انجام گرفت. سویه استاندارد باکتری سلو باکتریوم موری در محیط مایع ( Brain Heart infusion)  کشت و به مدت ۴۸ساعت ، در دمای ۳۷درجه سانتی گراد و CO2   10درصد انکوبه و سپس تعداد باکتری های موجود در محیط مایع تا غلظت استاندارد 1مک فارلند رقیق شدند. بعد از۴۸ ساعت کلنی ها شمارش و به طور تصادفی به ۵گروه تخصیص یافتند. در گروه اول (کنترل)،   sterile absorbent paper points در ۵۰ میکرولیتر سوسپانسیون باکتری تهیه شده و در ابتدای کار به مدت ۲دقیقه غوطه ور و سپس در پلیت خالی استریل قرار داده و در سرم فیزیولوژی استریل غوطه ور و پس از ۳۰ دقیقه تمام paper points از پلیت برداشته شده و در ۷میلی لیتر محیطBroth  letheen  غوطه ور و به مدت ۱ساعت در ۳۷درجه سانتی گراد انکوبه شدند. در گروه تجربی دوم لیزر دایود 810 نانومتر    ساخت شرکت Thor,Uk و در گروه تجربی سوم لیزر دایود 940 نانومتر  ساخت کارخانه Biolase, USA به این دو گروه  مدت ۱۰ثانیه با توان 200mv  و ED =2.5 j/cm2 تابانده شد و در گروه چهارم و پنجم به ترتیب دو نوع آنتی میکروبیال کلرهگزیدین 0/2 % و هیپوکلریت سدیم 5/2 % استفاده شد و در نهایت میزان CFU به روش استاندارد  با شمارش باکتری تعیین شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با نرم افزار spss-20 و آزمون های کروسکال والیس و ویلکاکسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</h3> <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">یافته ها: در تمام گروه های مداخله، میزان CFU سلوباکتریوم موری بعد از مداخله بطور معناداری کاهش یافت(0/05>p). میزان کاهش سلو باکتریوم موری در گروه هیپوکلریت سدیم 93 % ، در گروه کلرهگزیدین 92 %، در گروه لیزر دایود 810  نانومتر میزان 80 % و در گروه لیزر دایود 940 نانومتر میزان 60 % بود.</h3> <h3 dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;">نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش در بین مداخلات مختلف، هیپوکلریت سدیم بیشترین و لیزر دایود 940 نانومتر  کمترین تاثیر را بر کاهش سلوباکتریوم موری داشت.</h3>   Background and aim: Given the role of Solobacterium moorei in bacteremia, septicemia, oral infections, halitosis, and periodontal diseases and previous research defects considering the important role of laser in comparison with the application of antimicrobial agents, the purpose of this research was to compare the effect of 810nm and 940nm lasers on Solobacterium moorei in vitro situation. Material and Method: The research has employed an experimental method. The standard strain of solobacterium moorei bacteria was cultured in a liquid medium (BHI), incubated for 48 hours at 37°C and 10% CO2, and then, the number of bacteria in the liquid medium was diluted to a standard concentration of 1McFarland. The colonies randomly assigned to five groups. In the first group, the control of sterile absorbent paper points was prepared in 50μl bacterial suspension. Initially, it was immersed for 2 minutes, placed on an empty sterile plate, and immersed in sterile physiologic serum. After 30 minutes, all paper points were removed from the plate, immersed in 7ml of Broth letheen medium, and incubated at 37°C for 1 hour. The 810nm diode laser was expose to the second experimental group and the 940nm diode laser was expose to the third experimental group for 10 seconds with 200mv power. Two types of antimicrobials including Chlorhexidine 0.2% and sodium hypochlorite 2.5% were used in the fourth and fifth groups, respectively. Finally, CFU rates were set through standard and bacterial counting methods. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS-20 software and Kruskal-Wallis and Wilcoxon tests. Results: The CFU of solobacterium moorei was significantly reduced in all the interventional groups (p> 0.05).
