fa سنجش عملکرد مربیان بهداشت مدارس ساری در مواجهه با آسیب‌های دهان و دندان دندانپزشکی کودکان Pediatrics مطالعه اصیل original article <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">سابقه و هدف:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> صدمات دندانی و عوارض ناشی از آن یکی از نگرانی‌های عمده از سلامت دهان و دندان و سلامت عمومی مردم می‌باشد. صدمات دندانی می‌تواند عملکرد روزانه‌ی کودکان، کیفیت زندگی آن‌ها و والدین‌شان را متاثر سازد. مربیان بهداشت اولین افراد در تماس با کودکان هنگام وقوع حادثه در این مکان‌ها هستند و آگاهی و عملکرد آن‌ها از نحوه‌ی برخورد با این صدمات نقش مهمی در پیش‌گیری و درمان دارد. با توجه به نبود اطلاعات دقیق در مورد میزان آگاهی و عملکرد مربیان بهداشت شهرستان ساری، در این مطالعه به سنجش میزان آگاهی و عملکرد مربیان بهداشت مدارس ساری پرداختیم. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">مواد و روشها</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">:&nbsp; در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی-مقطعی، تعداد 37 نفر از مربیان بهداشت مدارس ساری طبق روش سرشماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات توسط پرسش‌نامه شامل پرسش هایی در مورد آگاهی و عملکرد مربیان در مواجهه با صدمات دندانی جمع آوری&nbsp; شد. برای ارزیابی آماری اطلاعات، از نرم افزار</span><span dir="LTR">SPSS 18</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">&nbsp; استفاده شد. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">یافته&shy;ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> از بین 37 مربی بهداشت مورد بررسی، میانگین نمره‌ی مربیان 58/94% به دست آمد و بین میزان آگاهی مربیان بهداشت و سن و تجربه و سابقه‌ی گذراندن دوره‌ی آموزشی اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود ندارد ( </span><span dir="LTR">P</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> به ترتیب 0/97 و 0/43و 0/57). میانگین نمره‌ی آگاهی و عملکرد مربیان بین سطوح متغیر تحصیلات و سابقه‌ی کار اختلاف معنی داری را نشان داد (</span><span dir="LTR">P</span><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> به ترتیب 0/002 و 0/001).&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> آگاهی و عملکرد مربیان بهداشت مدارس ساری در مواجهه با آسیب‌های دندانی مربیان با در حد متوسط بوده‌است.</span> <strong>Background and Aim</strong>: Dental injuries and their complications are one of the major concerns of oral health and public health. Dental injuries can affect the daily function of children, their quality of life and that of their parents. Health educators are the first to come into contact with children when an accident occurs in these places, and their knowledge and practice of how to deal with these injuries plays an important role in prevention and treatment. Due to the lack of accurate information about the level of knowledge and practice of health educators in Sari, in this study we assessed the level of knowledge and practice of health educators in Sari schools.<br> <strong>Material and Methods: </strong>In this descriptive cross-sectional study, health educators in Sari schools were surveyed in census method. Data were collected by a questionnaire related to knowledges and practive in contact to dental injuries. SPSS 18 software was used for statistical evaluation of information.<br> <strong>Result:</strong> Among the 37 health educators studied, the average score of instructors was 58.94% and there was no significant difference between the knowledge of health educators and age and experience and history of training (P 0.97, 0.43 and 0.57, respectively).
