fa واکنش ازدیاد حساسیت به بی حسی موضعی در دندانپزشکی: گزارش مورد و مروری بر مقالات جراحی- oral surgery گزارش مورد case report <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">سابقه و هدف:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> بی حسی موضعی نقش مهمی در دندانپزشکی ایفا می کند. اگرچه واکنش ازدیاد حساسیت به داروهای بی حسی موضعی نادر است، اما بروز آن نسبت به اجزای کارتریج دندانپزشکی به طور شایع تری دیده شده است. این مطالعه یک مورد نادر ازدیاد حساسیت به محتوای کارتریج بی حسی موضعی را گزارش می کند.&nbsp; </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">معرفی مورد: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بیمار خانم 61 ساله برای شکایت از دندانپزشک به علت پیگمانتاسیون ایجاد شده در اطراف&nbsp; چشم ها و لب به سازمان نظام پزشکی مراجعه نمود. بیمار هیچ گونه سابقه ی بیماری سیستمیک یا آلرژی به غذا و دارو نداشت و یک سال پیش از شکایت، برای کشیدن دندان های قدامی و پرمولر به دندانپزشک مراجعه نموده بود. حدود یک ساعت بعد، در نواحی پری اوربیت و پری اورال، ماکول و پچ های سیاه رنگ با حدود ناواضح، ظاهر شدند. در معاینه مجدد، محتمل ترین تشخیص، واکنش ازیاد حساسیت به کارتریج بی حسی موضعی گزارش شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">نتیجه&shy;گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> این مورد اهمیت افتراق ضایعه از سایر علل ایجاد کننده پیگمانتاسیون را بیان می کند. همچنین، توجه به نوع کارپول بی حسی موضعی استفاده شده واجزای تشکیل دهنده آن نیز توصیه می شود.</span> <strong>Background and Aim</strong>: Local anesthesia plays an important role in dentistry. Although hypersensitivity reactions to local anesthetic drugs are rare,but they are more common in dental cartridge components. This study reports a rare case of hypersensitivity to components of local anesthesia cartridge.<br> <strong>Case Report: </strong>A 61-year-old female patient referred to The Medical Council to complain the dentist about pigmentation appeared around the eyes and lips. The patient had no history of systemic disease or food and medication allergy, and a year before complaint, had referred to dentist for anterior and premolar teeth extraction. About an hour later, black macules and patches with ill-defined borders appeared in peri-orbit and peri-oral areas. By further examination, hypersensitivity reaction to the local anesthetic cartridge was reported as the most likely diagnosis.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> This case states the importance of differentiating the lesion from other causes of pigmentation.
