fa غلظت کلی و محلول فلوراید چند نوع خمیردندان مصرفی در بازار ایران مواد دندانی Dental materiall مطالعه اصیل original article <strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong><br> یکی از روشهای موثر در پیشگیری از پوسیدگی دندان استفاده از خمیردندانهای فلورایددار است. هدف این مطالعه اندازه گیری میزان غلظت کلی و محلول فلوراید چند نوع خمیردندان می‌باشد.<br> <strong>مواد و روشها:</strong><br> در این مطالعه غلظت کلی و محلول فلوراید در 8 نوع خمیردندان داخلی و 5 نوع خارجی اندازه گیری شد.<br> نمونه ها از ابتدا و انتهای هر تیوب تهیه شد و پس از تهیه سوسپانسیونی یکنواخت،&nbsp; غلظت کلی و محلول فلوراید توسط دستگاه پتانسیومتر اندازه‌گیری شد<span dir="LTR">.</span> غلظت فلوراید کلی و محلول در ابتدا و انتهای هر تیوب و در خمیردندانهای داخلی و خارجی با آزمون <span dir="LTR">Mann-Whitney</span> مقایسه شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong><br> از 13 خمیردندان مورد آزمایش، 5 خمیردندان مربوط به اطفال و 8 خمیردندان مربوط به بزرگسالان بود.<br> 11 خمیردندان (84.6درصد) ترکیب فلورایدشان از نوع مونوفلوئورو فسفات بود. در خمیردندانهای بزرگسال، تنها در خمیردندان داخلی آ.ب.ث و خارجی <span dir="LTR">Signal</span> مقدار مورد تایید غلظت کلی فلوراید بین المللی وجود داشت و نیز میزان غلظت کلی فلوراید آنها به میزان ثبت شده روی تیوب نزدیک بود.<br> خمیردندانهای اطفال ایرانی بس، فریس، گلدنت و کومودو میزان غلظت کلی فلوراید آنها کاملا بالاتر از میزان استاندارد بین المللی بود. درهیچ یک از خمیردندانهای اطفال ایرانی میزان غلظت کلی فلوراید با میزان ثبت شده روی تیوب سازگار نبود.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: به نظر می‌سد نیاز به کنترل کیفی دقیق‌تر میزان غلظت فلوراید خمیردندانها وجود دارد. خصوصا در زمینه خمیردندانهای اطفال باید توجه بیشتری به حد استاندارد و مجاز شود. چنانچه غلظت فلوراید محلول نیز روی تیوب ثبت گردد به انتخاب خمیردندان مناسب کمک بیشتری می‌نماید. <strong>Objective:</strong><br> Using fluoridated toothpaste is one of the effective preventive methods of dental caries. The aim of this study was to evaluate the total and soluble fluoride concentration in different toothpastes available in the Iranian market.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods & Materials:</strong><br> In this study, total and soluble fluoride concentration of eight brands of Iranian and five brands of non-Iranian toothpastes were measured. The samples were extracted from top and bottom end of each tube. Then they were mixed until homogenous suspension was achieved. Total and soluble concentration of fluoride ion was measured by potentiometer. To compare results of total and soluble fluoride concentration in the top and bottom of each tube and results between domestic and foreign toothpastes, the Mann-Whitney test was used.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> <span dir="RTL"></span><br> A total of 13 toothpastes were tested, of which five products were for children and eight products were for adults. Eleven toothpastes had Sodium Monofluorophosphate agent.<br> Among adult toothpastes, only <em>ABC</em> and <em>Signal</em> toothpastes had international standard range of fluoride concentration and the total fluoride concentration was near to the amount printed on the tube.<br> Bass, Ferris, Goldent and Komodo Iranian Children toothpastes showed higher concentration of total fluoride compare to international standard range of fluoride for children. None of Iranian children toothpastes had the total fluoride concentration same as what printed on the tube.<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong><br> More serious supervision and accurate quality control on the concentration of fluoride in toothpastes is required, especially in Children toothpastes, it should be paid more attention.
