fa بررسی شیوع دردهای عضلانی- اسکلتی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دندانپزشکان زنجان بیماری دهان Oral Medicine مطالعه اصیل original article <h3 align="left" dir="RTL" style="text-align:right;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">خلاصه</span></span></h3> <span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">سابقه و هدف:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> شیوع دردهای عضلانی اسکلتی در بین دندانپزشکان به واسطه وضعیت‌های ناصحیح طولانی مدت بدنی بیشتر از عموم افراد اجتماع می‌باشد. ارگونومی و استرس از جمله علل این دردها مطرح شده‌اند. باتوجه به عدم گزارش مبنی بر وضعیت در زنجان، هدف این مطالعه تعیین شیوع دردهای عضلانی اسکلتی در دندانپزشکان زنجان و عوامل ارگونومی و استرس شغلی و سایر عوامل مرتبط با آن بود</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman bold,serif;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">مواد و روش&shy;ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> این پژوهش توصیفی روی 131 نفر از دندانپزشکان زنجان انجام شد. بدین نحو که پرسشنامه ای براساس پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد نوردیک و استرس شغلی و نیز نظرخواهی از روانشناس و فیزیوتراپیست گردآوری شد. سپس پرسشنامه‌ها بین دندانپزشکان توزیع شد. از 131 دندانپزشک مورد بررسی، 11 نفر که فاقد شرایط این تحقیق بودند . از مطالعه خارج شدند شیوع دردهای عضلانی اسکلتی ناحیه درگیر، تعیین و نقش استرس و سایر عوامل مرتبط با آزمون </span>&quot;<span style="font-family:b nazanin;">کای دو</span>&quot;<span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> و &quot;من یو ویتنی&quot; مورد قضاوت آماری قرار گرفت</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman bold,serif;">. </span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;">یافته ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> از 120 نفر واجد شرایط مورد بررسی با میانگین سنی 37/1سال ،60/8 درصد مرد و 30/2 درصد زن بودند. شیوع حداقل یکی از دردهای عضلانی اسکلتی در 67/5 درصد دندانپزشکان وجود داشت که شایعترین ناحیه، شانه به میزان 30/8 درصد، کمر به میزان 24/2 و گردن 20/8 درصد بود. استرس در افرادی که اعلام کردند 90/7 درصد به میزان کم و در 9/3 درصد متوسط بود. سن، جنس، سابقه کار، ساعات کار در هفته ، میزان استرس ، فاصله گرفتن بازو و نیز استفاده از آینه نقشی با شیوع درد نداشته است. 0/2</span>><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">P</span></span>)<br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">نتیجه&shy;&shy;گیری: بنظر می&shy;رسد که دردهای عضلانی </span>&ndash;<span style="font-family:b nazanin;"> اسکلتی در دندانپزشکان زنجانی زیاد و بالا می&shy;باشد و این درد ارتباط با خصوصیات فردی و شرایط دندانپزشکان ندارد</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman bold,serif;">.</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"></span><br> <span style="font-family:b nazanin;">کلید واژه ها: عضلانی اسکلتی، آسیب،&nbsp; دندانپزشکان ، سلامت شغلی، ارگونومیک.</span></span> <strong>Abstract</strong><br> <strong>Background and objectives: </strong>Prevalence of musculoskeletal pain among dentists due to incorrect long-term physical conditions is more than public community. Ergonomics and stress are among the causes of these pain. Due to lack of any report in Zanjan city this study aimed to determine prevalence of musculoskeletal pain among zanjan dentists, ergonomic factors, job related stress and other related factors.<br> <strong>Methods and Materials</strong>: This descriptive study, was done on 131 dentists of Zanjan. A questionnaire was designed based on standard Nordic and Job Stress Dimension questionnaire with the aid of a psychologist and physiotherapist. The questionnaire was distributed among dentists. From 131 dentists ,11 were excluded because they didn&rsquo;t meet the criteria. Prevalence of musculoskeletal pain, affected area, stress and other factor was statistically analyzed with the aid of chi-square test.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Among 120 dentists who met the criteria, 60.8 % was men and 30.2% was women with mean age of 37.1. Prevalence of the pain in at least one site was 67.5%with most prevalent site was shoulder 30.8%, lumbar region 24.2% and neck 20.8 %. Reported stress was moderate in 90.7% cases and 9.3 percent of dentists reported mild stress. There is no significant relationship between age, sex, work period, work hours during week, stress, arm position, application of mirror and prevalence of pain. (p<0.2)<br> <strong>Concusion</strong>: It seems that the prevalence of musculoskeletal pain among zanjan dentists is high.
