fa بررسی اثر سه ماده ضدعفونی کننده نانوسیل D2 ، دکونکس 2% و هیپوکلریت سدیم 5/25% بر تغییرات ابعادی ماده قالبگیری آلژینات بایر Evaluation of three disinfectant materials:Nanosil D2,2%Deconex and %.25%SodiumHypochlorite on dimentional changes of Bayer Alginate پروتز Prothesis مطالعه اصیل original article   خلاصه:   سابقه و هدف: یکی از مشکلات اصلی در تهیه پروتزهای دندانی، تغییرات ابعادی ماده ی قالبگیری بعد از استفاده از ضدعفونی کننده ها  است که در نهایت شکست درمان را در پی خواهد داشت. با توجه به اهمیت بیماری های میکروبی و احتمال انتقال عفونت به پرسنل دندانپزشکی، شناسایی یک ماده ی ضدعفونی کننده ی مناسب به عنوان نیاز محسوب می شود؛ هدف از این پژوهش تعیین اثر سه نوع ماده ی ضدعفونی کننده ی نانوسیلD2  و دکونکس 2% و هیپوکلریت سدیم 25/5% بر تغییرات ابعادی ماده ی قالبگیری آلژینات بایراست.    مواد و روش ها: در این تحقیق  تجربی 32 عدد قالب از یک مدل اصلی گرفته شد . قالبها به چهار گروه 8 تایی تقسیم شدند. یک گروه به عنوان گروه شاهد و سه گروه دیگر در سه نوع ماده ی ضدعفونی کننده ی مختلف قرار گرفتند.پس از ضدعفونی و تبدیل قالب به کست اندازه گیری توسط کولیس دیجیتالی در جهات مختلف انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق پس از بررسی یافته های آماری توسط آزمون پارامتری One Way ANOVA گزارش گردید.    یافته ها: تغییرات ابعادی آلژینات بایر در دو ماده ی ضدعفونی کننده ی هیپوکلریت سدیم 25/5% و نانوسیل D2 از نظر آماری معنادار بوده ولی در محدوده استاندارد قرار داشت (05/0<P)   به نظر می رسد که ماده ی ضدعفونی کننده ی دکونکس 2% نسبت به هیپوکلریت سدیم 25/5% و نانوسیل D2 سبب تغییرات ابعادی کمتری در سطح ماده ی قالبگیری خواهد شد. ولی درصد تغییرات هر 3 ماده در محدوده درصد تغییرات قابل قبول آلژینات قرار دارد و  هر سه ماده را برای ضدعفونی آلژینات به روش غوطه ورسازی میتوان به کار برد    ABSTRACT       Background and Aim: Dimensional changes of the impression materials after disinfection is a serious problem in dentistry which could fail the treatment. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of three disinfectants:2% Deconex,5.25% sodium hypochlorite and Nanosil D2 ,on dimensional changes of Bayer Alginate.       Materials and Methods: This experimental study was conducted on 32 impressions were taken from one model. The impressions were divided in to four groups: one group was consireded as the control and the other three case groups were disinfected with the mentioned materials .After disinfection and pouring the casts, measurement was done in different dimensions using Electronic Digital Caliper. The acquired data were analyzed with One Way ANOVA test.       Results: Dimensional changes of Bayer Alginate after disinfection with two mentioned disinfectants 5.25%Sodium Hypochlorite and Nanosil D2 was significant but they were within standard limit .(P.value<0.05)but about 2%Deconex, P.value was not significant.(P.value>0.05)       Conclusions: Evaluating the results showed that 2%Deconex caused less dimensional changes in comparision to 5.25%Sodium Hypochlorite and Nanosil D2 statistically .However percentage dimensional changes of three materials were in standard limit of alginate dimensional changes.
