fa مقایسه دقت رادیوگرافی پری اپیکال دیجیتال، پانورامیک دیجیتال و CBCTدر تعیین فاصله کف حفره بینی تا لبه استخوان آلوئول The Adequacy of Digital Periapicals, Panoramic, and CBCT Images in Determination of the Linear Measurements Between the Inferior Border of Nasal Cavity and Alveolar Crest ( A Comparison) جراحی- oral surgery مطالعه اصیل original article <h5 style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify LINE-HEIGHT: 115% TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">خلاصه: </h5><h5 style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">سابقه و هدف: در مراحل انجام جراحی در ناحیه فک و صورت تعیین محل دقیق کف حفره بینی از اهمیت خاص برخوردار می‌باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی و مقایسه دقت دستگاه های رادیوگرافی پری اپیکال، پانورامیک دیجیتال وCBCT در تعیین فاصله عمودی کف حفره بینی تا کرست آلوئول بود.</h5><h5 style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">مواد و روش ها: مطالعه به روش توصیفی بر روی ٣ جمجمه انسانی (Dry skull)انجام شد. در هریک، تعداد ۷ ناحیه به فاصله ۵ میلی متری (مجموعا ۲۱ ناحیه) از دندان‌های کانین تا کانین توسط گوتاپرکا علامت گذاری شد. از نمونه ها رادیوگرافی دیجیتال پری‌اپیکال با تکنیک موازی، رادیوگرافی پانورامیک دیجیتال و CBCT تهیه وفاصله کرست الوئول تا کف حفره بینی در نواحی علامت گذاری شده اندازه گیری شد.سپس نواحی علامت‌گذاری شده بر روی جمجمه به صورت مستقیم توسط کالیپر دیجیتال با دقت دهم میلی‌متر به عنوان استاندارد طلایی اندازه‌گیری شدند جهت مقایسه اعداد بدست آمده با استاندارد طلایی از آزمون ANOVA Repeated Measurement استفاده گردید. </h5><h5 style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl"><h5 style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">یافته‌ها: میانگین قدر مطلق خطا برای رادیو گرافی پری اپیکال ۱۲/۰± ۱٣/۰ میلی متر و برای CBCT ۲۵/۰ ± ٣۵/۰میلی متر و برای پانورامیک ۶۱/۰± ۱۵/۱میلی‌متر بود. 100 درصد نمونه‌ها در رادیوگرافی پری اپیکال، 70 درصد نمونه ها در CBCTو 5/17درصد نمونه ها در رادیو گرافی پانورامیک(با اعمال ضریب بزرگنمایی) درمحدوده قابل قبول۵/۰± میلی متر قرار گرفتند. در مقایسه دو به دوی رادیوگرافی ها با یکدیگر بر طبق آزمون LSDتفاوت معنا داری از لحاظ آماری مشاهده شد. (۰۵/۰P<)</h5><h5 style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl">نتیجه گیری: رادیوگرافی پری اپیکال دیجیتال با تکنیک موازی بهتر از CBCT فاصله خطی عمودی بین کف حفره بینی تا لبه استخوان الوئول را نشان می‌دهد و پانورامیک دیجیتال جهت اندازه گیری این ناحیه دارای خطای OVER ESTIMATION می‌باشد.</h5><h5 style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl"></h5></h5> Abstract: Background and Aim : Determination of the exact location of the inferior border of nasal cavity is a fundamental element in precise surgical procedures such as implant placements. The purpose of this study is to compare the accuracy of the digital periapical, panoramic & CBCT images in linear measurements of the distance between the inferior of nasal cavity and alveolar crest. Materials and Methods : A descriptive study was conducted on three dry skulls in which seven locations, 5mm apart from one another, were marked by Gutta-Percha from canine to canine(total: 21 location). Digital periapical radiographies using parallel technique, digital panoramic and CBCT images were obtained and vertical dimensions from alveolar crest to inferior border of nasal cavity(marked areas) were measured. These measurements were then obtained directly from the dry skulls using digital caliper as our gold standard(with an accuracy of 0.1 mm). Data analysis and comparison between the groups were done using repeated measurement Anova test. Results : The mean error for periapical radiography was o.13±0.12 mm , 0.35±0.25 mm for CBCT and 1.15±0.61mm for panoramic . In digital periapical radiography (100 %) of measurements , in CBCT 70% and 17.5% in Panoramic radiography were acceptable( in within the range of ± 0.5 mm). According to the LSD test there was a statistically significant different between radiographic techniques. There was significant statistical differences between the three radiographic modalities in terms of adequacy of measurement.
