fa بررسی میزان اعتماد به نفس دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در رابطه با کشیدن دندان های مولر رویش یافته در دانشکده دندانپزشکی شیراز Assessment of dental students’ self confidence level in extracting of erupted molars teeth in Shiraz dental school جراحی- oral surgery مطالعه اصیل original article خلاصه سابقه و هدف: توانایی انجام اعمال دندانپزشکی با اطمینان و اعتماد به نفس بالا از جمله مهارت های اساسی برای دانشجویان دندانپزشکی است.هدف از این مطالعه ،بررسی میزان اعتماد به نفس دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشکده دندانپزشکی شیراز در رابطه با کشیدن دندان های مولر رویش یافته بوده است. موادوروش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی،150 دانشجوی سالهای پنجم وششم با تکمیل پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.پرسشنامه شامل سه قسمت اطلاعات دموگرافیک ،نگرش در مورد اعتماد به نفس در مراحل مختلف کشیدن دندانهای مولر وبهبود کیفیت آموزشی بود.کلیه اطلاعات به نرم افزار spss ver.24 داده شدوجهت تحلیل آماری از آزمون های  t-test  وANOVA استفاده شد(05/0 P). یافته ها: میانگین اعتماد به نفس دانشجویان 13/10 ±80/47 بود.میزان اعتماد به نفس با توجه به ویژگیهای دموگرافیک مانند سن وجنس تفاوت معنی داری نداشت.اعتماد به نفس دانشجویان سال ششم در مقایسه با دانشجویان سال پنجم بالاتر بود و این اختلاف از نظر آماری معنی دار بود.در ارزیابی بهبود کیفیت آموزشی ،تفاوت معنی دار آماری بین دانشجویان پسر ودختر مشاهده نشد.اما تفاوت معنی دار آماری بین گروههای سنی ونیز دانشجویان سال ششم در مقایسه با سال پنجم وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه حاکی از آن است که دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دردانشکده دندانپزشکی شیراز، اعتماد به نفس قا بل قبولی در انجام کشیدن دندان های مولر دارند،هرچند که می توان با افزایش آموزشهای تئوری و بالینی، باعث بهبود هر جه بیشترآن شد. کلید واژه ها: اعتماد به نفس،دانشجویان دندانپزشکی،کشیدن دندان های مولر،دانشکده دندانپزشکی شیراز   Background and aim:The ability to perform dental procedures with high confidence and assurance is a crucial skill for dental students .This study aimed to investigate the confidence level of dental students at Shiraz Dental School in extracting of erupted molar teeth. Materials and methods: In this descriptive-cross sectional study 150 fifth and sixth year dental students were evaluated by a research-made questionnaire.The questionnaire was consisted of three parts including demographic informations,attitude toward confidence in different stages of molar teeth extraction and improving of educational quality.Data were analyzed in spss 24 using t-test and ANOVA(P<0.05). Results:The mean of self confidence level was 47.80±10.13.The confidence level was not significantly differ based on demographic characteristics such as age and gender. Confidence level was higher in sixth year students compared with fifth year’s .In assessment of educational quality improving,there was no significant difference between male and female students. But there was significant difference between age groups, and also sixth year students in comparison with fifth year’s. Conclusion:The results suggest that dental students at Shiraz Dental School possess an acceptable level of confidence in extracting of  molar teeth, although it could be improved by increasing of theorical and clinical teaching.
