fa بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان سال آخر دندانپزشکی عمومی و دستیاران تخصصی دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران نسبت به سیستم‌های آنتی‌رترکشن در یونیت‌های دندانپزشکی در سال ۱۴۰3 Evaluation of knowledge, attitude and performance of final year general dentistry students and specialized residents of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, regarding anti-retraction systems in dental universities in 2024. آموزش دندانپزشکی Dental EDu مطالعه اصیل original article سابقه و هدف: سیستم‌های آنتی‌رترکشن به‌عنوان فناوری کلیدی در پیشگیری از آلودگی‌های متقاطع در یونیت‌های دندانپزشکی شناخته می‌شوند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و مقایسه سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان سال آخر دوره عمومی و دستیاران تخصصی دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی تهران در زمینه این سیستم‌ها در سال ۱۴۰۳ انجام شد. .مواد و روشها:  این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی با طراحی مقطعی اجرا گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته و روایی سنجی شده شامل ۲۰ سؤال بود که آگاهی (۸ سؤال)، نگرش (۷ سؤال) و عملکرد (۵ سؤال) شرکت‌کنندگان را در خصوص سیستم‌های آنتی‌رترکشن ارزیابی می‌کرد. جامعه آماری شامل 190 نفر (121 دانشجوی عمومی و 6۹ دستیار تخصصی) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون تی مستقل و تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۶ تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. سطح معناداری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. <div style="border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt; padding:0in 0in 1.0pt 0in">یافته ها: از 190 شرکت‌کننده، ۵۵٪ زن و ۴۵٪ مرد بودند. میانگین نمره آگاهی در دانشجویان عمومی 135/1±06/4 (متوسط )و در دستیاران تخصصی 906/0±72/3 (ضعیف) بود که تفاوت معناداری داشت. ) 038/0=P). میانگین نمره نگرش در دانشجویان عمومی 250/2±07/15 (متوسط) و در دستیاران تخصصی 838/1±28/16  (متوسط) و میانگین عملکرد در دانشجویان عمومی 864/0±89/1 (ضعیف) و در دستیاران تخصصی 795/0±32/2  (متوسط) بود. تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که آگاهی و نگرش پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌های معنادار عملکرد هستند.</div> نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد نیاز به بهبود آموزش‌های مرتبط با سیستم‌های آنتی رترکشن و کنترل عفونت در میان دانشجویان و دستیاران تخصصی می باشد. به‌ویژه، ضعف در عملکرد عملی دانشجویان عمومی بیانگر ضرورت اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی جامع و مؤثر در این حوزه است.   Background and Aim: Anti-retraction systems are recognized as a key technology in preventing cross-contamination in dental units. This study aimed to evaluate the knowledge, attitude, and practice of Anti-Retraction systems in dental units among undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Faculty of Dentistry of Tehran Islamic Azad University of Medical Sciences in 2024 Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical, cross-sectional study was conducted using a researcher-made, validated questionnaire comprising 20 items: 8 assessing knowledge, 7 assessing attitude, and 5 assessing practice related to anti-retraction systems. The study population consisted of 190 participants, including 121 general dentistry students and 69 specialized residents. Data were analyzed using independent t-tests and multivariate regression analysis in SPSS version 26.P≤0.05 was considered. Result: Among the 190 participants, 55% were female and 45% were male. The mean knowledge score was 4.06 ± 1.135 (moderate) in undergraduate students and 3.72 ± 0.906 (poor) in postgraduate residents, showing a statistically significant difference (p = 0.038). The mean attitude score was 15.07 ± 2.250 (moderate) in undergraduate students and 16.28 ± 1.838 (moderate) in postgraduate residents. The mean performance score was 1.89 ± 0.864 (poor) in undergraduate students and 2.32 ± 0.795 (moderate) in postgraduate residents. Regression analysis indicated that knowledge and attitude were significant predictors of performance. Conclusion: These findings clearly highlight the need to improve education related to anti-retraction systems and infection control among dental students and practitioners.
