fa مروری بر کاربرد تله انکولوژی دهانی A brief review on Tele-oral oncology آموزش دندانپزشکی Dental EDu مروری Review article خلاصه: سابقه و هدف: پیشرفت‌های فناوری سلامت، موجب توسعه روش‌هایی مانند پزشکی از راه دور شده که به بهبود دسترسی به خدمات تخصصی به‌ویژه در مناطق محروم کمک می‌کند. تله‌انکولوژی، به‌عنوان زیرشاخه‌ای از این فناوری، امکان تشخیص و پیگیری بیماران سرطانی را از راه دور فراهم می‌آورد. تله‌انکولوژی دهانی به‌عنوان شاخه‌ای نوین، تحولی در مراقبت از سرطان دهان ایجاد کرده و با کاهش عوارض و بهبود نتایج درمانی همراه است. تجربه دوران کووید-۱۹ نشان داده که این روش می‌تواند جایگزین مناسبی برای ملاقات‌های حضوری باشد، هرچند محدودیت‌هایی همچون کاهش تعاملات انسانی و چالش‌های ارزیابی بالینی همچنان پابرجاست. <div style="border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt; padding:0in 0in 1.0pt 0in">مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه یک مرور حیطه‌ای بود که با هدف بررسی کاربردهای تله‌انکولوژی دهانی در بازه زمانی 2015 تا 2024 انجام شد. جستجوی مقالات بدون محدودیت زمانی از طریق Google Scholar، PubMed و Scopus صورت گرفت. از مجموع ۶۲۹ مقاله شناسایی‌شده، پس از حذف موارد تکراری و غیرمرتبط، 25 مطالعه واجد شرایط نهایی انتخاب و تحلیل موضوعی بر روی آن‌ها انجام شد.  یافته ها: تله‌انکولوژی دهانی به‌عنوان روشی کارآمد، آموزش و پیگیری درمان سرطان‌های دهان را از طریق فناوری‌های ارتباطی مانند تماس تلفنی و ویدئوکنفرانس ممکن می‌سازد. این رویکرد با کاهش زمان انتظار برای دریافت مشاوره، تسهیل تعامل با تیم درمان، کاهش هزینه‌های ناشی از مراجعات حضوری و ارائه حمایت‌های روانی و اجتماعی، به بهبود کیفیت مراقبت‌های پزشکی کمک می‌کند. ارائه مراقبت‌های مطلوب به بیماران مبتلا به سرطان دهان مستلزم همکاری تیمی چندرشته‌ای از متخصصان پزشکی و دندان‌پزشکی است که بهره‌گیری از تله‌انکولوژی به‌ویژه در مناطق محروم، دسترسی به این خدمات تخصصی را تسهیل می‌کند. با این حال، عواملی همچون سن بالای برخی بیماران، میزان سواد دیجیتال، تفاوت‌های زبانی و پیچیدگی‌های فنی می‌تواند موانعی برای کاربرد گسترده این فناوری ایجاد نماید. نتیجه گیری: تله‌انکولوژی دهانی به‌عنوان روشی نوین، دسترسی به مراقبت‌های تخصصی سرطان دهان را تسهیل و کیفیت نتایج درمانی را بهبود می‌بخشد. با وجود چالش‌هایی مانند محدودیت‌های فنی و سواد دیجیتال، توسعه زیرساخت‌ها و تیم‌های چندرشته‌ای، این فناوری می‌تواند نقش مهمی در بهینه‌سازی خدمات سلامت ایفا کند</div> Abstract: Background and Aim: Advances in health technology have led to the development of methods such as telemedicine, which help improve access to specialized services, especially in underserved areas. Teleoncology, as a subfield of this technology, enables the diagnosis and follow-up of cancer patients remotely. Oral teleoncology, as a new branch, has revolutionized oral cancer care and is associated with reduced complications and improved treatment outcomes. The experience of the COVID-19 era has shown that this method can be a suitable alternative to face-to-face visits, although limitations such as reduced human interaction and challenges in clinical assessment still persist. Material and Method: This study was a field review that aimed to investigate the applications of oral teleoncology in the period 2015 to 2024. Articles were searched without time limits through Google Scholar, PubMed, and Scopus. From a total of 629 identified articles, after eliminating duplicates and irrelevant items, 25 final eligible studies were selected and thematic analysis was performed on them. Result : Oral tele-oncology, as an efficient and accepted method by patients, enables education and follow-up of oral cancer treatment through communication technologies such as telephone calls and video conferencing. This approach helps improve the quality of medical care by reducing waiting time for consultation, facilitating interaction with the treatment team, reducing costs of in-person visits, and providing psychological and social support. Providing optimal care to patients with oral cancer requires the cooperation of a multidisciplinary team of medical and dental specialists, which facilitates access to these specialized services, especially in deprived areas. However, factors such as the advanced age of some patients, the level of digital literacy, language differences, and technical complexities can create barriers to the widespread use of this technology. Conclusion: Oral tele-oncology, as a new method, facilitates access to specialized oral cancer care and improves the quality of treatment outcomes.
