fa بررسی دقت رادیوگرافی دنتال پانورامیک در تعیین موقعیت و مورفولوژی ریشه دندان مولر سوم جراحی- oral surgery مطالعه اصیل original article <h4 align="right" dir="rtl" style="text-align: right margin: 6pt 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl"><span lang="FA"><em><font size="3" color="#4f81bd">خلاصه: </font></em></span></h4><h5 align="right" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify margin: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl"><font size="2"><span>سابقه و هدف: رادیوگرافی یک ابزار پاراکلینیکی مهم جهت انتخاب روش جراحی مناسب در ناحیه فک و دهان و پرهیز از شکستگی ریشه دندان می‌باشد. این تحقیق برای بررسی دقت رادیوگرافی دنتال پانورامیک جهت تعیین وضعیت دندانهای مولرسوم در مراجعین به بخش رادیولوژی واحد دندانپزشکی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در سال 1389 انجام شد .</span></font></h5><h5 align="right" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify margin: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl"><font size="2"><span>مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه به روش تشخیصی و بر روی 80 دندان مولر سوم انجام شد. وضعیت نهفتگی، تعداد و چسبندگی ریشه‌ها و انحنای ریشه قبل از جراحی توسط دو مشاهده‌گر روی کلیشه ها<span><font face="B Nazanin"> </font></span>و پس از جراحی توسط جراح بررسی و با رادیوگرافی مقایسه شد. محدوده قابل قبول تشخیص انحنای ریشه، اختلاف در محدوده 10</span><span lang="AR-SA"><font face="Times New Roman">±</font></span><span lang="AR-SA"> درجه بین رادیوگرافی و جراحی در نظر گرفته شد و قدرت تشخیصی شاخصهای رادیوگرافی با آزمون نسبتها مورد قضاوت آماری قرار گرفت. </span></font></h5><h5 align="right" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify margin: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl"><font size="2"><span>یافته‌ها: 133 ریشه دندان بررسی شد. میزان انحنای ریشه‌ها 21/9</span><span lang="AR-SA"><font face="Times New Roman">±</font></span><span lang="AR-SA"> 154 درجه بود که 81/2% در محدوده قابل قبول قرار داشتند. ارزش پیش‌بینی رادیوگرافی در تشخیص نهفتگی، چسبندگی ریشه‌ها و تشخیص تک ریشه بودن به ترتیب 100%، 79%، 73/3% بود و جهت تشخیص نهفتگی دندان، جدا بودن ریشه‌ها و چند ریشه‌ای بدون به ترتیب 98%، 86/6% و 98% بود. بیشترین ارزش پیش‌بینی رادیوگرافیک مربوط به تشخیص نهفتگی با 100% و کمترین مربوط به تشخیص تک ریشه بودن دندان با 73/3% بود.</span></font></h5><h5 align="right" dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify margin: 0in 0in 0pt unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl"><span><font size="3"><font size="2">نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد، رادیوگرافی دنتال پانورامیک دقت نسبتا بالایی در نمایش موقعیت و مورفولوژی ریشه دندان مولر سوم دارد.</font><p></p></font></span></h5> <p align="left"> <strong> Abstract: </strong><strong></strong></p><p align="left">  </p><p align="left"> <strong> Background and Aim </strong>: Radiography is important as a paraclinical guide for choosing a proper surgical method and avoiding root fracture during surgery. The aim of the present study was to determine the accuracy of Dental panoramic radiography in assessment of third molars, in patients referred to oral radiology department of Islamic Azad university, dental branch ,Tehran In 2010. </p><p align="left"> <strong> Materials and Methods: </strong>This diagnostic clinical trial study was performed on 80 third molars. Impaction status, number of roots, fusion and root curvature was assessed on radiographs before surgery by two observers, and compared with surgical findings after operation. Acceptable range for root curvature was considered ±10 degrees difference between radiographic and clinical observation. Statistical analysis was performed using ratio tests. <strong></strong></p><p align="left"> <strong> Results: </strong>133 roots were assessed. The root curvature was 154 ±21.9 degree and 81.2% were in acceptable range. Radiographic predictive value for diagnosing impaction, roots' fusion and having single root was 100%, 79% and 73.3% respectively and for tooth eruption, root separation and multiple roots was 98%, 86.6% and 98% respectively.
